Lauren Schaap (LoKell): I was employed for about a week before Renee Anderson (owner? Head marketer? Don’t know what she actually does) basically told me my personality sucked and I don’t walk fast enough. She was extremely condescending the whole time I was employed and is overtly egotistical. This is the last message I ever received from her after there was no reason for a response on her part. Unprofessional and arrogant is the words I would use to describe the people in charge of this company.

Rhonda Gehringer: I ordered our cabinets to have new doors, drawers and the outside to be encased so our cabinets would look new back in April! The upper cabinet doors were ordered too tall and almost touch our ceiling. We were supposed to have molding above our upper cabinets but due to the doors being ordered too tall, we were told by one installer that they couldn't fit molding there, the edges are sloppy and uneven. We were told corner edges would have molding, but those materials were not there. I the project manager has been dismissive of our concerns and said we would have to pay for new upper cabinet doors even though they were ordered too tall. He says "his hands are tied". Additionally, he seems to think we have a money tree as he thinks the solution is for us to redo our ceiling! Our installer started playing loud music in our home while installing, he didn't ask permission to do so. a It is now the middle of August and there is yet to be a satisfactory resolution. Brian Spoolstra: This company advertises 3-5 days completion, but ours took 14 weeks!!! 🤬The first guy came in with less than 2 days training and spent 2 weeks alone and still didn't have it done! What was done, was done very poorly! Bad cuts, corners, edges everywhere! Waited another couple weeks for replacement materials to get in to finish/ fix, but it was beyond that! The framework was there, but they had to start over with the resurfacing!... which was over 2 months for that! There seemed to be very poor communication within the company (between measurement guy, cabinet guy, project manager). Because of this we also went several months without a countertop! Since then, the original cabinet guy was fired, as well as the original project manager. Hopefully this helps in the long run, but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!! We got pennies on the dollar for (what they call) compensation!...NOT WORTH IT!!! In the amount of time that our kitchen was completed, I could have done it myself for a hell of a lot cheaper!! The 3-5 day timeline was a great selling point for me... but DO NOT BELIEVE IT!!! Kerry Barnes: Words can't express how much we appreciate and adore Kristine and the work that she has put into our house.
