Cafe de Miro: what do users think?
Kelly Olson: Came here for breakfast. Pretty basic. A little over priced for eggs. Atmosphere and service were great. I’d come back to try some lunch optionsFood: 2/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Allison Pearl: Over priced
CC: Cafe de Miro has fresh, quality food and a beautiful ambiance that gives European cafe vibes. You can tell they put a lot of care and thought into the food they make. Everything tastes so fresh and delicious. This place is on the pricier side, but I think it’s well worth it. I’ve been multiple times now and the quality has been consistent. This is a great spot for brunch or lunch.
Google User: Really good food and reasonably priced. And the Turkish coffee is awesome. Friendly service and home made food.Recommended dishes Hummus, Scone …More
Serdar KARTAL: Excellent place for food and coffee; highly recommended.
Gabriel Kleinschmidt: Eating here is an experience. Food was amazing and coffee was very good. Very clean and relaxing environment.
Lisa El Alam: Food: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Erica Piedmonte: Great spot for breakfast, lunch and coffee! Delicious and healthy food options and they use Rowster Coffee for a great americano!
Jacquelyn Zeman: I love Cafe de Miro! A great place to go and get some work done and have a little meal. They have wifi and a really lovey atmosphere. The space is a little small but still plenty of room.
Selvedina Velic: Really nice place! The food and coffee is great, and the owner is friendly :)
trish dagle: Great urban coffee shop feel with a good variety of choices in food and drink.
Johnny S: Came in for a cup of Joe. Very nice atmosphere. Coffee is nice.Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Selahattin Dasdemir: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Pete London: A bit crowded, no bathroom and very slow service. Ordered a coffee, waiting almost 30 minutes until all food orders were prepared.
Hezi Marx: A gem in Grand Rapids. Family ran, this Cafe is perfect place for not your ordinary breakfast or lunch. Owners are generous and genuine, feeding and hosting guests in the most hospitable and personable way. 5 starsParking: Plenty of parking at Breton Village lotsWheelchair accessibility: Easy access
Saud Fahad: Very good coffee ☕️
Michele Williamson: Great coffee and great atmosphere! They serve food too.
Faith Huisman: Absolutely lovely. So delicious. The service is incredible. It’s an authentic experience and I’d definitely recommend.
Reem M: Good food! The place has an aesthetic vibe and definitely a great place for brunch.
Melaura Rice: Classy atmosphere and decent service. The menu was small but seemed very promising. We ordered the shakshuka, Kurdish iced tea, a smoothie and acai bowl. The Kurdish iced tea was the highlight of our meal, and the shakshuka and açaí bowl were good as well. The quality of the food did not seem to match the pricing though. All of that cost $50 total for two people (tip included as we were prompted by the screen before our food even came out), and we thought everything was just okay. Be prepared to spend a little bit more money here than at your average cafe.
Josh Lefurge-Mcleod: Café de Miro is a great spot for a low key breakfast, lunch, or coffee. The ambience is great with two big walls of windows, marble tables, and leather chairs. The tile and decor are beautiful. The coffee was exceptional. I also tried an omelet that was pretty good but nothing extraordinary. I brought a book with me and was comfortable reading for over an hour. Others brought laptops or stayed chatting for a while. Despite being quite full the place didn’t feel packed and the noise was never too loud. I’m looking forward to my next visit and would recommend the cafe for a variety of purposes!

Real Food Cafe: what do users think?
Joe Joslin: Our family can't get enough of Real Food Cafe. Every visit is excellent. I wish they had even more space though. Still long waits on Weekends and other peak dining times and fairly crowded near other guests while dining...but so worth it!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes Delivery: No Curbside pickup: No …More
Matthew Manduchi: Corn beef and hash is the best I've ever had. I love it!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Corned Beef Hash Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot …More
Elnora Wallin: Parking: Limited parking close to door..Wheelchair accessibility: A couple handicap spots close to the door, but not sure how easy it would be to navigate.. a determined person could probably do it.
Courtney Skinner: Used to be 5 star. Now they charge a 3% charge for "rising food prices"? What's next? Charging us for "building repairs"? The old owners would have never done that. Raise your food prices on the menu if you need to, but that upcharge is definitely not my responsibility. I'm to the point with places like this nickel and diming customers, that I'll just take it off the tip. Also, the cake prices on their site are not accurate. I ordered a cake and it was more than what was listed. Food portions are also noticeably smaller and not as fresh.
CECELIA MESLER: Very poor experience at Real Food today. Ordered a cheeseburger with everything and a BLT. Cheeseburger came with rotten black lettuce, tomato and a pickle. We gave it back to the waitress. No apology. No offer to bring another with fresh lettuce. I ate the BLT with rotten lettuce on it and my husband went hungry.
Mrs. Hendricks: 6 out of 10. Food was flavorful. However my chicken to my salad was cold and my fries were cold . Alger location: my experience was 10 out of 10
Dawn Bacon: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Dietary restrictions accommodated Not sureMore
Sandra Kaufman: Wish the original owners wouldn’t have sold!!Food is still really tasty, but smaller portions. Prices are higher and along with that, 3% gratuity added to each check. So bottom line… now just compares to any other restaurant.. used to be a special place especially for breakfast, now getting to be too expensive for same food you can get elsewhere.Just a shame. Been going there since it was located on Northland Dr., still go there, but not near as often. Quantity and quality have taken a back seat to pricing.Definitely not what it used to be.
Lisa Harig: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Breakfast Burrito, Monte Cristo Sandwich, Cinnamon Roll PancakesMore
Thea Monsion: Food: 2/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Maddy Peck: Honestly, loved this place ever since they first opened. Now that the ownership has changed, just about everything else has too.The menu is changed and they took about half of the options off, everything of which I loved. Not to mention the "added fee" on your bill, seems like they are just trying to get money anywhere they can during this recession. It's pretty convenient that this fee was introduced as soon as they stop being a cash-only establishment...Not interested in this place anymore, it's super close and convenient to my home, but they lost me for good. Foods not the same, menu is limited, and the fee is basically robbery.
Stephanie Benoit: My family and I were drawn there because of the egg Benedict but once we got there we were seated pretty fast but our server took forever to come and get our drunk order much less our food order she just acted like we were to much and as if that wasn't enough the food was just right out nasty the ham on the Benedict was bad and the french toast wasn't even toasted it was just soggy bread like no it cost to much for what it was never again that's for sure
Kara Jo: Awesome food & great service 👍Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Allie Mercer: I can’t seem to shake my experience today at Real Food Cafe. The hostess that seated us made us feel so very unwelcomed and was not able to accommodate a high chair or extra seat for our infant daughter. I am so disappointed and sad about this interaction.
Jerry Swanson: I am now by myself. And even with that it is sometimes very hard to get in to have a table to sit down. The longest weight was forty five minutes the shortest was twenty.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Todd Fleming: I just had a basic two-egg, sausage & toast breakfast. And, that is what it tasted like. The service was great & the food was made to my order & satisfaction. I would eat there again.Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
raymond fortney: Cranky waitress, I think we were in her way. Wanted us to leave.Food: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Raymond Mcconnon: Was going to order food for pickup. But I won't order from a menu with no prices.

Quiet Cafe: what do users think?
Jeffrey Fawcett: The service is quick and friendly. The food and coffee are excellent. However, it seems that as the semester progresses the staff are showing up later and later in the morning. Don't count on the cafe being open at 7:00 am as noted herein.
Ann Linscott: Good food and great ice-cream.
A H: Good quick service, nice hours for breakfast and coffee before class or work
christina walejewski: Great sandwich
Jim Schultz: Great Coffee slections
Tatum Oxford: Amazing Carmel frappe!
Leandro Binuya: Great location. Good place to study and hangout.
Jeff Mayhue: Real Chill environment. Great coffee as well as breakfast options. Tables to get homework done. Always good music playing. Friendly staff.
Joelle Williams: Good drinks for the caffeine and no caffeine person alike. It has this cocount cinnamon Carmel drink that is pure sugar
Jacob Gilliam: As the name implies, it is quiet. The staff were friendly and the vanilla milkshake i had was delicious. Great place to go if you're hungry or need to study.
Milo Bee: Given that it's a college cafe, it's always a toss up as to whether it's going to be super busy or fairly dead. Great staff and a large drink menu that gives everyone options no matter what you like.
Johnetta James: Love killing time here with friends.
Colleen Neathery: Decided to check this place out on my way to my classes and I would definitely recommend. The staff is super kind and hard working, and I got my drink very quickly!
Deidra Greenolds. (Lola): I visit regularly and usually have a great experience food wise. It isn't quiet, however its cozy and a cool place to relax in between classes. Today I was very disappointed that my detox smoothie taste like water and mushed bananas. I was polite when I asked to have it remade, then I was told it's a watery drink, which I know is a lie as I order this almost daily. She did ask if I would like to switch, which satisfied me and seeing as how it was gonna be watery again, I asked for the strawberry milkshake, another of my almost daily drinks I order here. Once I received my replacement, I was so angry that I just left! Pissed that I was served a cup of slushed milk, no strawberry at all, and half the cup was whipped cream. I like my food to be made correctly so this would've easily been a 1 star, but the baristas from previous visits always made the drinks right.
Paul Haynor: Nice place on campus. Can get real busy though. Moderately priced. People are nice.
Deidra O'Dowd: Very interesting and open layout! If you're looking for something fun and health conscious this is a great place to dine! Sandwiches are amazing!
rumple4skin: It wasn't quiet
Riley Mitchell: The first few times were fine, but recently when I've gone they've written my name wrong on two separate occasions, despite me spelling it out, and today I ordered a chai tea and they gave me coffee...
Megan Elizabeth: Great place to sit and enjoy coffee and a snack between classes!
m l: The food is good but their pricing is too high for what they sell
Leanne M: The lattes are so nasty they are just like warm milk with sugar. However the actual cafe is admirable and warm.

Field & Fire Cafe: what do users think?
Carley Picard: Visited from out of town, decided to check this place out for breakfast. Everything was absolutely delicious, staff was impeccably friendly and efficient, and I love that all their to-go silverware and containers were biodegradable. Will definitely be visiting again!!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Austin Snyder: Awesome ambiance, great food and helpful staff.10/5 for the dirty Chai.
Nikita Sourine: great breakfast, strong coffee
Amy Sapienza: Coffee has great flavor and the food is absolutely amazing!Recommended dishes Pastries, Sandwiches …More
Brittni Werner: I had a great visit to Field & Fire Cafe. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture before I dug into the breakfast burrito and latte, but they were both fantastic. The flavor palate and textures of the burrito were amazing. (The egg was fluffy, the potatoes had a slight crisp, the beans weren't over or under done, and the cheese held it all together without being too much.) The flavors were really good, but I can't rave enough about the yogurt sauce. It was a tangy offset to the ancho sauce and pico.My latte was pretty good as well. I don't generally take any flavorings in my coffee so the drink was a little bitter for me. That's more of a personal preference than an issue with the espresso though. The drink was well made and fully met my expectations.Overall, I'd recommend this place again and wish I was in town for longer to try other items on the menu.Vegetarian options: There are a handful of vegetarian and vegan food options to choose from. They also offer alternative milks for their coffee drinks. I had the breakfast burrito with only the egg, cheese, and yogurt sauce it came with and was very happy with the vegetarian option.
jack Zieger: Great food and coffee in a cozy cafe just outside of downtown. Mostly Street parking but not usually hard to find a spot. Usually pretty busy and sometimes has a small wait for a table.Kid-friendliness: Has high chairs available
Dreaded Bumbaclot: Good farm to table food and coffee!
Katherine Parker: Busy and wonderful. Kind staff and great food! Especially love the coffee, the baked goods, and the sandwiches.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Dennis Faber: Nice little place. Great to hookup your computer for a little business or pleasure. I did eat. I was there for a small meeting. The coffee was outstanding. Parking in the back to save a little money. EnjoyService: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Mary Klaasen: Get the pastry, any pastry. Order the social cake for Christmas. Get the coffee. Take home some bread! You will not be disappointed. My favorite is the pastry with apple and cranberry in the center.
Erika Weinrick: It's hard to find a cafe with great food, great pastries, and great coffee. This is my favorite place to go! The coffee is always good, the food is always good, and you definitely get what you pay for. The quality and proportions are fantastic, and the staff are always very friendly! Highly recommendFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Pastries …More
Susan E: Delicious food and coffee! Go early on Saturday - it got very busy after 9.Parking: Depending on the time, parking can be hard to come by. There are street meters and a parking lot to the south of the building.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Pastries Parking space Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options Paid street parking …More
Dolores Dominguez: Had a English breakfast tea and a cranberry orange muffin, wasn't bad. I really wanted to try the ham and cheese croissant but they were out
Carl Johnson: Nice place for healthy and organic eating!
Alyssa Bonneau: Delicious bread, brunch, and pastry!
Hannah Luera: Love their vegan options! Lattes are great.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Vegan Hot Mess …More
Alana Frank: Recommended dishes PastriesMore
Patrcia Clemons: The food is a little pricey and oily for what you get. Overall good place to grab a bite to eat. The staff were very friendly. It's different.
Kalena Meeker: Field & Fire Cafe nailed it again. I worked with Julie on a last minute catering order and the process was seamless. Quick response, easy pick up, great food. She even followed up the next day to check in. Shopping local isn't always the cheapest option, but with this cafe, you get what you pay for: perfection!
