Anna Brightman: Giving a 3 because it needs some updates like some new picnic tables. Large sites are a plus but with all the swampy water around this RV park, it was impossible to sit out by the fire three of the four nights because of the aggressive large amounts of mosquitoes. Either spray the place or drain some of the swamp water.

Kevin Tuttle: Can't even take a shower at this place. Attempted all five days we were there. There was a reasonable line for the shower only one of those days. When you do make it through the line to get a shower, it is definitely a no frills shower. The shower head is at least forty years old, and the mat to save you feet from the nasty floors is incredibly uncomfortable. It doesn't seem like any of the activities have been used or maintained for years. Certainly not worth the KOA Holiday label, or price.

Sara Scharf: We stayed here to visit the John Ball zoo in Grand Rapids, as well as the Grand Haven State Park. This location was perfect because it's pretty much right in between where we needed to be. We loved this campground! We stayed in a tent and our site was very spacious. The price was awesome for what you get. Hot showers, a jump pad, there's goats to feed and pet, a hay ride, basketball court, a fenced pool and playscape area and more! It did rain most of our stay which is nobody's fault, but it did make it not as enjoyable for us with 2 young children. All the staff members we came in contact with were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back.

S Rodiguerez: We had a very nice relaxing couple of days in a clean , calm, well maintained cottage, It is a very nice, small, group of people that seem to all get along great and it seems like a nice group of friends.Its not a huge busy place ( on purpose). It would be nice if other campgrounds were more like this. It's like a quality instead of quantity type of place and I really liked that alot.

Sam Denton: I wouldn't advice renting a cabin here I was told to pay a down payment of 110 and then 110 upon arrival. The girl at the counter charged me $130 when I got there so why did I pay $20 extra out of no where. And now they are saying I didn't when I have witnesses that watched me pay the 130 and the extra 5 for wood. We had a special needs child with autism with us that ripped a couple holes in their dollar general cheep curtains. They already had holes in them. And they have not stopped harassing me to pay them. These people are scammers. Highly recommend not going to this camp.

Caitlin Sandy: Don't go hear the person on the phone is a piece of s*** and would not allow me to bring my service dog for my seizures they are not dog friendly I had spoken previously and was informed that I could bring my service dog but when I arrived I was told that he was not allowed in the cabin nor on the beach misses a service dog that has been trained and is legal and has his voluntary paperwork for Michigan yet we were not allowed access and we were not given a refund I paid for a whole week we were not given a refund do not go here

Our truck broke down on the way to a state park farther up north so we couldn't make it with the truck I worked on the truck in parking lot at auto zone and we Google closest camp ground and found this one the owners are amazing helped us every possible way they could offered tools and what ever we needed. We will come back as much as we can get away. If I could put 6stars I would. Just the best we have been to. God bless.
