Arrived a few minutes early, ready to go. His attention to detail was great, and my car has never smelled so good! Sarah Haney: My insurance adjuster suggested J&S to remove road paint that was splattered all over my car (front, back, roof, sides, wheel wells). They did an amazing job, even removing it from the plastic trim! I decided to upgrade and also have them put on a ceramic finish to help protect the paint for the next 5 years. It looks amazing - high gloss shine and they got many small imperfections removed as well. Great company, easy to work with, and fair pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to use J&S again.

Chelsea Lyerly: My car looks better today than it did when I got it 5 years ago. Zach was absolutely incredible. I came in with rail dust down the side of my WHITE Chrysler not knowing if it would all be removed. It was in the chrome, on the trunk, under the door handles. Literally EVERYWHERE dust can hide. I didn’t have another driver so I waited in their lobby and did some work thinking it would take a few hours. Less than 90 minutes later (after a chemical bath and clay bar treatment), Zach came and got me to check it out. I wish I had a better before picture, but I hope you all can see the difference. I know I can! The staff was incredibly friendly & made everything so easy, & it was obvious that they not only care about their jobs, but also enjoy what they do. Spencer Haven: Sent our car to be detailed. They did a fine job detailing the car, but when the car was returned, there was a 2 foot crack in the windshield that was not there before. The owner refused to take ownership, did not apologize, and was rude. I am honestly shocked that they believe it was not their fault since the windshield had no noticeable chips (which they agreed), and yet returned it to us with a major crack, which will cost us $265 to replace. It is unlikely that many people will have their windshield cracked by them, however because their customer service and response was so poor, I would recommend a different detailer.Services:Full body wash,Vacuuming

I cleaned it up completely and you can’t even tell it happened, but I was looking for someone to shampoo the seats or something just to be sure I got everything. I explained this to the guy who answered the phone and he said “we don’t have anything to help you.” I said “is there anything you recommend?” His response was “I honestly just don’t want to deal with it right now.” I’m in shock that he responded that way and he wouldn’t just shampoo my seats. After that phone call, I’m glad I didn’t. This place came highly recommended and I love supporting local. I’ll be sure to let the person who recommended this place to me know what he said as well as anyone else who asks for auto detailing in the area. Crazy that people can respond that way to a basic auto detailing request. Even if he didn’t want to do his job, at least try not to be so blunt about it.

They treated it like it was in as good of shape as any other car and made it look so great!Plus, I thought I'd made an appointment, but I was confusing over the phone.
