I had a 2011 Chevy Cruze they was charging me $446 a month for interest rate was 24.99% so high , but when I got the vehicle “Reliable” and the car dealership told me I was just under a year lease. My lease was up the vehicle got returned and now they are trying to garnish my wages for a vehicle I no longer have saying I still owe on it because it was a contract I signed and not a lease!! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! The vehicle was not worth what they were charging me a month , issues with it every month , I had to get all new tires a week after , oil changes every month cause it leaked so bad , brakes , transmission, it had times where it didn’t even start & more!!! Now they are garnishing me and taking money I worked for , for a vehicle I no longer have or been had considering my lease was up!!!Saying I still owe on the vehicle Absolute worst!!!

So I made a mistake and didn't have the car taken to a mechanic they assured me that any issues I found would be handled just sign. Well never happened and I took it to a dealership to have oil changed and they found metal shavings in the oil HUGE ISSUE they promised to give me an extended warranty and didn't and I refused to pay payment until they did well they never did kept promising I talked to several people up the ladder nothing was ever done to make it right! They came and got my car and now I owe 11K on a car they sold for $1500 bucks at auction I have since tracked down the buyer and found and he verified the same issue with the metal. Now they are suing me...when if they would have done as they said they would we would never be here. I don't know how this place is still in operation. Living off the blood of the ones the already struggling. Had they had done the right thing so would I have.

Mike Crum: I love these guys, specifically Kaylee (hope I spelled that right)She's the manager over my loan and let me say she is amazing! She's very helpful, very detailed with any questions that I have and is very professional. I would recommend that she gets whatever she wants from her employer, Kaylee deserves a paid 2 week vacation as she always goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm good. Her communication skills are unmatched and her knowledge of the company is as well. It's my personal opinion that she deserves a paid vacation and a raise. I love Kaylee and hope the company appreciates the time and work that she puts in. She is one of the best assets this company has and I have recommended not only the company but her specifically to a couple of friends of mine.

allen warren: Got a 99 altima through them and i loved the car however due to an unfortunate incident in late 2010 i had issues paying them. They knew what was going on even had the police report and still came and repossed it. In 2012 i get a wage garnishment letter and to this day still having garnishments taking out of income tax and pay checks. I didnt even owe much at the time. Report to bbb they reply back saying its the interest that occurred. Thats a hell of interest. I asked for the vehicle back or cancel out im not paying for someone else to drive the car. So far no offer on cancellation or anything.

I have been more than comp lo iant in 4 years giving state taxes and monthly garnishment amounts as written in court documents. For some reason it seems they get money hungry around this time (TAX TIME) to want you to pay more when all I would like to do is partake in what was offered to complete loan and pay off. I would never go to automax granville as the SUV I bought had several safety issues and driving was dangerous. But non the less repo in 2013. They will garnish for sure no matter duration. I would say if you go down this road be sure to file with court asap as they have attorney that files all papers immediately and my 1st 60days of garneshments were 4 to 600 per two week pay period so needless to say they got a chunk of money then. I have 5 kids single and get no assistance and they made me live off this till the court completed order to stop and follow ordered amount which was way better. As of today I just want to say if you get people to pay what they owe. Why keep them if they want to pay and close debt out. NEVER SEEN BILL COLECTOR YET TO DECLINE THAT OFFER.

Patrice Ingram: I had two cars with this company.. the first time I got the car I paid it off with no problem. I was so disappointed that the next time I got an auto loan it was through them OF ALL COMPANIES. During my 7 1/2 month of pregnancy I ended up in a coma due to HELLP syndrome, and eclampsia. I had a slew of other complications during this time and was in the hospital from 2/19-6/17. During the time I was in the hospital my family paid the car note for me, then the transmission went out. When I got out of the hospital WE- me and my family tried to work with them on paying off the remaining balance IF they would fix the transmission. They didn’t want to, so with me just being out of the hospital and not able to work (my dad was going to cover the note until I was cleared to go back to work) I told them to come get the car with only 3k left to pay. While recuperating they sold the car for however much (with the brand new tires I put on it $600 worth), and I’ve moved to another city and am finally doing somewhat ok they petitioned the court to garnish my wages for this very same car that they don’t have anymore 😒. So now I’m still stuck paying for a car that I haven’t driven or possessed in over 4 years. I hate this company. The lady I had to contact about my account was a pain in the butt to deal with. If you can PAY CASH OR GO WITH ANOTHER FINANCE COMPANY!

Nates Way: Not the best place to go. Yes i made mistakes with my payments yes i am taking responsibility. But due to the fact that i am 19 with no experience with loans at all and a job to get to with no one to help with transportation it put me in a bad position. But at the same time i let them know i do not have enough to cover it per month at this time. Car was repoed yesterday at 9:51 Am after me telling them i can make my payment on july 6th of 2018 for 225 dollars and i had a late payment of 318 for june 30th payment which i specifically told them i can pay it by the 18th of July because of my finaces i wanted to get the car out of my hands and transfer to someone who wanted it actually within july cause i could not afford it. I even wanted to do a voluntary repossession but i would had to still pay 15 thousand for a car that is only 2 grand. Now my credit has dropped from 655 to 401 and its ruining my life now im getting fired and life is gonna be tough now with no car. I just hope maybe we can figure something out to get the car back to transfer to the person i was talking about. I do want to say thank you Auto world financial for helping me get my first car its just a few things we all can Fix. Maybe we can work something out where my credit will not be hurt like this and a way to earn my car back with no money. Ryan Kuskowski: After buying the vehicle I invested over $2,000.00 due to lies from them. I paid over double the price from fees, and with only 1 payment left and they stole my vehicle. They refused my last payment and sold the vehicle 2 days later. They then claimed the money from the sale didn't cover the $130.00 payment. I have received multiple bills for different amounts ranging from $1,000.00 - $3,000.00. Wouldn't waste my time with these people.As you can see the lies continue to grow. Nice try though. I also tried to pay the vehicle in full and was refused. You told me nothing I did would get my vehicle back. You people can't keep proper records.

It was weird that they only would offer me a loan for one vehicle according to the dealership. 2013 Chevy impala was not worth the asking price at all. She explained everything to me but then after reading the contract I decided not to sign because there were so many hidden fees and I’ve heard so many negative stories about leasing through auto world! George Jett: Don't know where to start! I purchased a Cadillac Escalade from them from the start it had issues. One side of the heat worked while the other side blew out air when both should of blew out heat. Water leaked inside when you get a car wash. Windshield wipers come on unexpectedly and powerseat worked when it wanted to. Headlights came on and off. All of which should of been taken care of but everytime I tried to schedule an appointment I could never get it in. I purchased a winns warranty with extra coverage that the manager sweared by! When I told him of the problems that it was having again he said the owner said this could of happen while I was driving it!! Just spent over 2000 .00 for the electrical problems that it had and the company told me this was an issue for awhile and the dealership should of seen this. It had a panel piece that was off the dealership ordered the piece but I could never get it scheduled in for them to put it on!!! This is the second car I've purchased from them and I would never buy another one from them a day in my life nor Recommend them to anyone!!!! The manager had every excuse in the book but when it came to me buying it he was a different person lol!! I was a finance manager in the car business for over 10yrs and I've never sold a bad car to anyone and if I promised something I made sure to do it!! Your name is all you have but with this company I guess it doesn't matter!!!! By the way I only drove the truck on the weekends so how could it happen while I'm driving it lmbo!!
