Kris Curtis: Cost for oil change and tire rotation seems very expensive. A new cabin air filter is over $40. And then charged almost $15 to install it. They do an inspection but missed a headlight being out. Did a car wash but missed some tar on the back right quarter panel. I feel like the quality care we used to get is not the same.

The kiss Family: After just having an initial 6point inspection done. They found a few things wrong. One saying one of my lines was leaking. I’ve never noticed anything leaking. They also said there was no connection at all with the radio and had to order one. They seem to have no issue finding the connection and not needing to buy a new radio. After having all the stuff done. And having it come less than they originally estimated. Had to bring it back cause of severe grinding and very soft brakes. When getting an update. A worker said she was out for the day cause she wasn’t feeling good but when I called the service department she was there and was there when I picked it up. Just felt as if they were playing games with me.

b P: "You had me at Hello" in 2022 when we ordered my 2022 Silverado truck. That was fine minus the features that it didn't come with. (I should have bought a GMC) We brought it in on Mon. 4-23-23 at 10am with under 4,000 miles so all they had to do is a few things. Today 4-27-27 we assume it isn't finished, we don't know because no one returns calls, no one answers and we called different numbers all week. Is it ready, does it need parts, you can't figure it out, what is the deal? I for one would like my truck back if you don't have time to update it release it to me and I will bring it to a different dealer, if there is an issue let us know. Your service and communication gets 0 stars for this Customer. Still haven't talked to anyone, we have tried countless times even the acting General Manager. We went to Coopersville and picked it up Friday 4-28-23 still wasn't finished, Noone knew anything about it at all. Are we working with a ghost? Must be China's fault again
Amber anne: If I could give a 0, I absolutely would. We bought a used car from them and its been nothing but a lemon since we drove it off of the lot. Got on I96 The transmission started to shudder. The next day we called about the concern. My wife talked to David which he no longer works there. He handed his phone to Lener that works in finance. He told my wife that's normal and his vehicle does that. Long story short lol would be, We took our 2013 Nissan Pathfinder to the Nissan dealership to be checked, because betten baker don't check the vehicles before selling and i was told that from the sales guy's. we have a vehicle with a bad transmission, bad ball joint, loose sway bar ends. They said they can only help us with either 1,000 towards a new transmission that costs 7,359.96 to repair or get a new car and add the negative from our loan (that's all of what we owe on current loan), Using our car for a trade in So thanks for the lemon. Will never buy another vehicle from any of your dealerships.BUYER BEWARE READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM

Todd Peters: Truck was scheduled to be into dealership by 9.30 am. I arrived by 8.30 and enjoyed schuttle back to my home to await word on problem with power mirrors. Dealership wanted the truck for the day. No word from service department by 4pm so I called and was told truck just got into a bay for diagnosis and would know soon on what the problem was. No word again by 4.50 so I called again and was told they hadn`t found the issue yet and would call tomorrow morn with update. The truck was scheduled for all day in shop but yet did not receive any attention till 3.30pm. Our truck is vital to our business operation and a delay in an ample time frame scheduled appointment did nothing to bolster our confidence in service departments- integrity and efficiency. Repairs came to just reprograming a GM replacement part and was treated fairly in price.

When I arrived they quoted me on 45 minutes to an hour wait time. I grabbed some of their popcorn that they offer to customers, and sat in their lobby for 10-15 minutes. The receptionist called my name before I even got through half the bag of popcorn. I paid 11 dollars for the fix. Another Chevrolet dealership in the area quoted me at 25-40 dollars and a 3 hour wait time. A week later and I’m still impressed. Great job Fox Chevrolet! Although I can’t say I look forward to having my truck repaired, you guys are my new go-to dealership.

Rick Kase: 3rd time for same issue. Each time a new update is installed to correct" going dead center screen ,hangup calls, dead radio or navigation only to return a few days later. Several times I have rushed to dealer but since it only lasts a couple minutes only to return to normal. Went it goes back to normal I get chevy bow tie then to hello then to the several circles out lining my options. This is my first return to GM in 46 years and for what I paid and for what I bought I expect more. Maybe it does not trigger codes but it triggers me. I plan on returning it again in a few days maybe the 4th trip will be a charm. To me it seems to be a loose connection somewhere or in a computer that another will not fix.

Brennan Hallberg: The salesman that helped me was really nice and very outgoing. Kept conversation going when running numbers etc. I felt a little bit of pressure from the person who was running numbers to “make it work” for me. Everyone I encountered was friendly. However, the salesman told me he would get me floormats because the car didn’t have any. I followed up with him 2 weeks later and he said he had them but was out of town and that he would reach out when he was back. I followed up 3 more times without response back. I waited almost 2 months for a response and ended up with nothing. Had to go buy my own. Not sure why they would sell a car with literally no car mats. Not even the factory fabric ones.
Douglas Dingman: They treat me right, after I bought a new battery for the Corvette, at Kool, Aaron Koehn had the cashier office write me a check to cover the cost, I did purchase the Corvette from Ed Koehn the year before.

Julie Stephens: This truck has been in FIVE (5) times for the exact same problem. The first 3 times were at Tinney. We will NOT go back there. This is the second time at Ed Koehn's, but I'm hoping the issue is FINALLY solved. Only time will tell, I think. If it is indeed fixed finally, I would change both ratings to the highest one possible. Thank you so much for trying again and hopefully, finally solving our problem. It's disappointing to have a truck with under 14,000 miles with this issue because it is/was untrustworthy and we were afraid to drive it for fear it would stall again and not re-start (which happened the last time).

We discussed what I could afford to have done now and what can wait for a minute to be fixed. They look your entire car over right down to the breaks inspection they do as well.

Complaining that the transmission was bad. All the service department would do is drive it 5 minutes and bring it back saying nothings wrong. Multiple calls were made to service saying the transmission was going. Now 5 months into ownership of this truck..the truck won't go anywhere unless it's cold. DEALERSHIP says. Sorry her is a $6100 estimate to fix.
