Kelsey Graham: I went to the Knapp location, and when I got to work to eat my lunch, I ate one wing, and when biting into the second, there was a bug. It wasn't just in the sauce, it was under the skin of the chicken. I immediately lost my appetite and lost more pay to go back. They asked if I wanted it remade which I didn't, I just wanted my money back so I could get lunch elsewhere, and they only gave me in store credit. I won't be back because they made it seem as if it was my fault, so the credit is for nothing. Not impressed.

Kel Lat: Was excited to finally try DWC as friends highly recommended.Ordered online which was easy.Pickup and I was early by a couple minutes.Food ready asked to add a treat paid cash. Said all was set and sides inside the box then added the sauce side.Sat in car, realized I was missing my drink so opened box and no sides.Back in and relayed the miss.Female worker was looking to blame male coworker, but held her tongue (she packed it up, so I'm glad she didn't).Back in car on road and went to sneak a fry (it's that one fry to try). And it was cold already!Home to fully experience.I ordered the 1 person meal w 5 boneless tenders, Carolina gold as sauce on side, fries w/o any special seasoning, coleslaw, cornbread bites, and a Pepsi.Received 5 boneless cold tenders, honey mustard on side (so disappointed), cold fries (that probably would be tastier freshly cooked), slaw (meh), cornbread bites (eh), chocolate caramel pretzel cookie (good), and Pepsi (can't mess that up).The big winner for me? The wings and fries were NOT greasy. Second highly was the cookie.Will I be back? It won't be someplace I suggest as with the chain across the street, I'd pry suggest there first even though I tend to support local restaurants versus chain.If I go back and things improve, I'd definitely update the review.
Amanda Alaniz: If you are a wing person like me, you know good wings when you get them and this is it. I recently had delivery from DWC for a work team building day....and wow is all everyone could say. Great place, great flavor, and absolutely great service. The two times I have been here on my personal time and once for work has been above and beyond. I will be going back and I highly recommend this place.

Meegan Willi: This little place really has some great food! We've dined in, gotten take out, and had door dash deliver food. Each time our orders were correct. The food was tasty, and the variety is awesome. The Dill Potato Salad is one of our family favorites.

They came back with wings. NOT just for me...but for my coworkers too. Then he tells us "we make all of our own sauces"🤔I'm a little skeptical at first.... but needless to say... I go to the back office to take the food back there.They leave...then we decide to eat.(I call my girlfriend in the process of getting ready to eat)Her: hey babe how's work.Me: good so far(takes a bite).... lemme call you back.......I needed no more interruptions....If they make wings this good and I have to pick my kids up from school....they might have to walk home.10/10
Justin: First off, I have to say wings are pretty good. My family has ordered from here numerous times with no food complaints. BUT Whomever owns/runs the location was either having a bad day the couple times I've spoken to him or has some issues. First time I spoke to him about a food allergy question a few months ago and he was super rude with his responses - felt like I was bothering him asking detailed questions about a serious matter regarding a kid.Today when we spoke he called and chewed me out on the phone. His intention was good I think, to I guess "protect" his employee, as he put it, but he didn't understood the full picture nor was part of the conversation at any point. Literally goes off the handle the minute I say hello. I was simply asking his GM (who was very rude as well) for a refund for fries vs a credit that will expire in 1 month. She belittled me for taking two days to call them back after they left me a voicemail and told me there was nothing else that could be done so I said thats seems quite ridiculous giving we are talking about less than $5 here. But so be it. I told her I wouldn't be back again out of principle of how the situation was handled.Anyway, plenty of other options for delivery in the area. Simple issue turned into a big ordeal for no reason. Just issue a refund for something you didn't deliver. OR at the very least give a credit that doesn't expire in 1 month.....maybe 6 or 12 months? OR if you can't do these things then just don't be a complete a**hole when you are explaining policies to customers.

Cindy Trombley: I love little hole in the wall restaurants. The parking is awful here, but the food is worth it! I had the catfish, sis had the perch. Large portions, decent prices. There's a park across the street to take your meal to and eat (or just eat in your vehicle like we did). Friendly and super fast service. I'd definitely go again if I'm in town and wanting fried fish.

The Perch and Tenders aren't overly breaded which means you're getting more meat..for sure on that. My very first order and I'm hooked! Yum yum yum. Also, I used Uber eats to deliver and the restaurant delivery fee is only $0.49. UNDER A BUCK! I'm so glad I found a nice place to get my meat cooked to perfection. Yum yum yum
