Ruth Gunneson-Poling: I haven't had film developed in years. I thought I'd check their price for developing several rolls of film and box cameras. It was very expensive because of the process. If you want prints it's expensive because film/negatives are developed to be digitalized. It can also be put on a flash drive. I ended up leaving because I found the choices/prices overwhelming.
Marilyn Torborg: I drove into Grand Rapids from Holland, needing someone to help get a few slides that were stuck in a slide projector (my fault!). They knew immediately how to fix it and and were so friendly along the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a good photography store.

Ty Saylor: I’m new to film photography and had never gotten film developed before. When I dropped my first rolls film off I was met with friendliness and a positive attitude. I received my scans on time (a little early in fact) and they were clean and high quality. I’ll certainly be calling Marks Photo my home photo lab and will be happy to recommend them to friends and classmates!
vu: Not sure who is developing the film there but this is the SECOND time where my photos are practically ruined and unfortunately will be my last time going there. There is so much glare in my photos it deems them useless... Prior to these visits I always unload my film in a dark room so this doesn't happen because of my doing.This is very unfortunate because the guy I talk to the two times of being there is actually respectful and nice. So this isn't a shot towards him.
Jay Roh: Guy was rude I've been going there for years to have photos put on storage and he wants to question me and then when I prove him wrong he claims it was when they had staff and he is really busy but you weren't to busy to laugh and have a good time with the other employee yeah you were so busy!
