Stephen's videos: Arrived at 1645 for appt. Left at 0800 the next day. No restroom. They allow you to unhook from trailer so you can leave and come back if you want. This type of place will load you fast if they have it picked already. Slow if they don't have the order ready. Strict appt time

United Xpress: When you pull in, loop around the car parking lot following the yellow lines. The shipping/receiving office will be right there on the side of building. Took about an hour and a half to load up but I was there 2 hours early.

Neil S: Want to say as a local driver coming into warehouses around Grand rapids can be a long and dragged out time in the docks..Columbian warehouses are usually the best to come to as far as professionalism and getting you unloaded in a timely manor. The girls at the window are always very nice and always get me docked immediately, and management obviously has the warehouse running great.. I unloaded at the 900 hall st this morning, 15 mins..awesome time..Thanks guys and girls on Hall St..

Amani Leone: Whoooaaaaa I really enjoyed delivering this place bc it’s fast in and fast out which means I make more money. Great job to everyone here. I was able to deliver early and the winding road was fun for me, so no complaints on the Hall St truck route. It’s definitely trucker safe and the signs specifically say “truck route”. They extended the top lane to allow for trucks to safely curve around the snake road. Take your time bc it’s downhill, and if you have to wait so some four wheelers can make it uphill before the last curve, then so be it. They’re not professional drivers so they have no idea what it takes to make that turn. It’s beyond wide enough so take your time and be patient.Thank you to everyone here who makes it possible to keep the truckers moving. I wish a lot of facilities could learn from you all. Great job!!!!

Got here on a Sunday with an 11am apptm, which I was late but this place is open 24/7 according to my load, the young girl at shipping/ receiving office was super nice and friendly got me a door right away. Now to get here drivers for the first time was a little confusing cause you got some tight turns so watch your trailer. So from HWY 131 you exit 83A , come to stop sign and keep straight (Sheridan ave) to the light which is HALL ST, turn left (watch your turn) till you come to another light ( Granville ave ) your gps may tell you to turn but DON’T! Keep straight is a downhill road with some sharp turns so go slow, once you come down just keep straight till you see the warehouse on your left hand side, I hope this help drivers so be safe and be blessed.
