Jon Behrends: DO NOT USE ROOSIEN UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HOSED AND SUED!!Contacted Roosien to survey 1 side of my property and put a stake every 100'. They had surveyed it within the last 6 months for the seller. After setting the survey up via email for May 6th 2020, and receiving the survey drawing via email 1 week later, I waited and waited for an invoice. Finally, 7 months later on 12/14/2020 I received an invoice via email. A miscommunication with my wife left the invoice unpaid, but we never received any notification until June of 2021, when I was being notified I was being sued. Roosien had my email, and my phone number, but made only 1 attempt to send an invoice or attempt to collect unpaid balance. Furthermore, I was told it would be about $450 to survey the line, but the invoice was for over $725. Maybe it wouldn't have been so much if the surveyors didn't stand around and talk, or keep running hundreds of yards back to their trucks because their batteries were dead, or they forgot equipment, etc. How hard is it to Mark a 1,100' property line that they had previously marked the corners within the past 6 months. They really needed to locate the corners that still had their post/cap setting in the ground? Now because this company's irresponsibility of contacting me about an invoice, they want over $900.Well Roosien, you can K.M.A. I'll see ya in court.

Their worker decided to make his own estimates saying how he did not locate 2 of the 3 property corners so he installed new markers. They are surely incorrect now I will have to hire professionals to dispute his its around their claim.
