Marjorie Gell: Top notch in every way! The Cascade Fresh “Gold Team” is currently cleaning my 87-year-old mom’s independent living apartment in Grand Rapids. When they arrive, it is the highlight of my mom’s week! They take care of everything for my mom - including changing her sheets and duvet cover. They do an excellent job (that I otherwise would likely have to do) and are exceedingly kind to my mom. I am now on a waiting list to have Cascade Fresh resume services at my own house - we took a break from cleaning when Covid hit after using them for about 5 years. I love that the uniformed ladies (usually 3 of them) come in a company SUV and quickly get down to work. They leave a form to fill out and mail if you need something changed or attention given to a certain area, and are always very responsive and accommodating. They have always been able to squeeze me in for an extra day if I’m having a party. Another thing to note: it is my belief that Cascade Fresh, its owner Tyson and manager Audrey treat their employees well - I know the workers get full benefits, etc., and always seem to speak well of the company. I will add that their services are expensive - but they do a fantastic, professional job, and I never have to worry about getting calls that cleaning is canceled because someone is sick or their car has broken down. So in that respect, the amount paid is a good value. At least two of the three ladies on the team are always the same and I have never once worried about their trustworthiness. R S: We just moved in after remodeling our home. Which we told them prior to estimate and once ladies got to house I want all the construction dust gone. Used them since someone recommended them. We did the top to bottom deep clean and it surely was not. Both ladies were really nice but very disappointed in the service provided. Lady came to me and said we are done and gave me a checklist and I looked around and saw they were not done indeed and/or rushed. One I had to tell them to vacuum the bathroom floors and vanity since visible construction dust was still left after she supposedly cleaned it. Two had to tell her that there was still cobwebs in all areas of the basement and she checked and was like oh yeah I see them let me go back and do that. Opened my bedroom closet and floors were dusty and clearly not vacuumed or swept she asked if the other person did the closet and she’s like I did and we open the doors and it’s dustier than dusty. Then I open the hallway closet and the mirror is so dusty and the floors are dustier than dusty. She proceeds to clean the closet and mirror and the door mirror breaks, I just tell her I’ll throw it away she says sorry. And the sad part is that she scratched my brand new smooth top stove while she cleaned it and I literally just got installed and she didn’t say anything as if I wouldn’t notice 😡. Went to go make dinner and noticed the scratches. Then I ask her to clean the front door and she’s like oh I did that and I’m like the glass panes?? and she’s like oh no I didn’t do that I’ll do that. They didn’t mark all the boxes on the sheet but at this point I’m like whatever. Expensive for what? Should have just took the the time to do it myself but after moving and all wanted to let someone else do it. Urgh anyway wouldn’t recommend. I expected a lot more than just general cleaning (if you call it that). Oh and then they charged me for a move in (which is more) price and not the top to bottom (calling about that). Not worth $400+. Too bad I didn’t shop around anywhere else since they were recommended.…

Which it is illegal to require people to do work related stuff without pay. I didn't get my tips from my costumers for weeks because the office didn't give them to me. Over all I love cleaning so I enjoyed it and my co-workers were great but wouldn't recommend. I make more money working a job getting paid 16.50 and hour.

If the home owner reports damage, the answer was, "our crew said they didn't do it." Then they cancel your service and leave you with no recourse but to write this type of review.
