Danny Heck: Excellent customer service! The staff is friendly and kind, the store is organized and clean, and they're always putting on delightful events! They are the go-to store for myself, my partners, and all my friends! Cannot recommend them enough!

Gregory Schmerber: Fantastic comic and collectible shop! Its small but there's so much crammed in that it's impossible to see everything the first time you go! Even the walls are full of cool things to look at and buy! I go in every few weeks to pick up my saved comics and shop for new action figures. My favorite place in GR, totally recommend it!
Useless “Eats” Eater: Loved it! Thousands of back issues, bagged n boarded, and alphabetized. New comics too! Key issues and expensive stuff on the walls and up front. Also thousands of dollar books. Best shop in GR out of the 4 that I've been to.

Braiden White: Me and my friend went to the store to look around and these two guys were being really Weird with us. We were looking around and both of them would not stop staring. So we go to the back because we’re getting kind of uncomfortable and one of the guys walked by after 20 seconds and leaned on the wall exactly right by us and continue to stare at me and her and say nothing. We were in there for five minutes. They asked us if we need help like 7 times. It got so bad to the point where she bought a comic book because she felt like she was doing something wrong. I’ll never go here again.

Michael Conflitti: The owner was extremely nice, and the prices of the Pokemon Booster Packs were extremely reasonable. It looked like they had a good assortment of comics in the shop, but I didn't look at them too closely. I highly recommend visiting the shop!

Belteshazzar Mouse: I have been a customer of Whitecaps Comics and The Outer Limits for 30 years. Priscilla, Dan and Bob are great, as is everyone that has worked and does work there. Truly amazing people. They pull my favorite comics and Bob has a special talent for knowing what I will like, even if I don't ask for it. They hold my comics way longer than they should when I am remiss in picking them up. I really miss Whitecaps, but The Outer Limits is just as fabulous. What makes it great are the people, which is a reflection on the wonderful, extraordinary owners. There are many more comics shops in the Grand Rapids area, including some "boutique" stores, but none have the heart that The Outer Limits has.
Devin Dailey: This comic shop has been around since I was a youngster. I bought my Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh cards here with my best friend growing up. One of the friendliest owners of a shop you can meet. Some people have commented on the stores cleanliness and I have never felt grossed out or thought the place was unkempt. This is a great shop with occasional deals and an online presence. Props to the outer limits. Here's to many more years for this business!

eVanDiesel: Never giving them another penny. Went in there a few weeks ago, I knew they had discounts on certain things, because they post on their Facebook and sent out an email. Went to buy a few Monsterpocalypse figures, a 10 year old dead game that no one plays, and asked about the "secret sale". I was informed that they are not included. Ok, fine. I bought a couple and way overpaid. I could have bought a case of them online for the price I paid. Ok, fine. Support a struggling local business and all that. THEN, then following weeks email SUDDENLY they are on sale and they even used my phrase "secret sale". I'm sorry, but screw this place, they couldn't have given me that discount a week earlier? Bad business, bad customer relations. Only a matter of time before this place goes under.
Taylor Anderson (TakoutPrism): This store is run by the friendliest and most welcoming family I've met in a long time. A great place to pick up comics, board games, or tabletop roleplaying games from good people.
phil hebenstreit: great little store, just 1-2 miles off of US-131, going through Grand Rapids Michigan. Its a quick and easy stop if you are driving by.90% comics with the rest being magic, board games and gaming.
