Joon Whan Choi: Five stars! Bill Tyson and the team at NAIWM have been an amazing group to work with. Since I have worked with him, Bill is committed - he has always been approachable, available, and responsive. He does not just take of us, as landlord, but also makes sure the tenants are in the best place possible, so we have a great foundation to work from moving forward. I have worked with multiple property management/real estate agencies in the past and Bill and his team are second to none.
Kristin Grose: Ridiculous company to rent from! They do not come out and fix things when needed. They especially DO NOT take care of the parking lots/walkways! We've had people slip and fall multiple times and have called - nothing. No one comes out, no one calls back. And now with the recent ice storm - everything is a sheet of ice and black ice.

Brandon Whitesell: My experience with a representative of this company was extremely poor. I'll keep it short. Horrible communication, horrible follow ups to any interested party in the property. Communication between us and the interested party never seemed to go anywhere. And who do I find about to take a piss on the side of one of my buildings when they came to pick up the sign out front. Yep.
