Ted Clark: Worked here for 5 and a half years. In these 5+ years I haven’t called in sick once, haven’t been late, haven’t been written up ect ect... Early on the job was fun, however I Was never truly appreciated by management, my full time employment was removed without my knowledge and I never made a “decent wage” even with my seniority and floor care and carpet extraction skills. I eventually got tired of going above and beyond for years for nothing and trying to prove myself.I would STRONGLY recommend NOT working here as they don’t care at about their employees at all. The company is extremely understaffed yet still budgets to the point that the existing employees can hardly get enough hours in to make up for the missing ones...

Leskia Green: Management - They are like little kids judging you off of his/her personal opinion of you and not your work ethic. When Brittany (head of managers) left, this company became a circus. After almost six years, I was forced to leave because Christina would not change my "3" hour a day account where I was being harassed. Do not work for this company! If you do, Be mindful of Christina, Angela, Jill and Todd's lack of concern when it comes to resolving issues with employees. I have pictures, videos, audio recordings, text messages of how managers handled situations, so if this comment bothers anyone- please give me a call!

Isabel: I currently work here. Cleaners are told to “work faster” by managers to distract from how understaffed the buildings they’re cleaning are. Management is a trainwreck. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this place. They’ll just toss you to the side the moment you have an issue with something. The managers are in it for themselves and only do actual work when they’re getting heat from the UCS office.

Samson A: I work for a small start up and a few months ago I was asked to find a cleaning service for our office/break room. I reached out to 3 local providers and Star Shine was the only company that showed up at their scheduled time to do a walk through. Amela was very professional, kind, and thorough while doing the walk through and made sure we would be getting the best out of our service with them. This company has amazing communication skills across the board. Not to mention the pricing is extremely fair.We're so lucky to have Erica help us keep our facility in top shape. She's so sweet and helpful, everyone here enjoys having her around and she always does an amazing job. She's even careful not to disrupt any meetings one of us may be having by adjusting her vacuuming schedule. Any time we've asked her for a little extra help or to focus on something particular for the day she's on it. I could not recommend Star Shine enough!

Kelly Smith: Nothing reliable about this company at all. I called for a quote for cleaning at my office building on a Monday, was supposed to hear from a sales manager. By Thursday, I still hadn't gotten a call so I called again. I did receive a call back promptly from a salesperson who set up an appointment for the following Monday (today) to stop by my office and take a look. The appointment was at 11:00 am, and he never showed up or called.
