Carol Stackhouse: Great Great Consignment shop iam always happy!!!!!!
Brittany Hunter: Really nice selection, well curated, good selection of sizes, brands, and price points. Will be back.
Julie Sanford: Don't consign here they steal your stuff
Adele Trimble: Truly one of the best consignment stores I've been in. I've sold to shops for years, but have recently started really shopping them, and this one is ideal. Very well-curated, but with all price points. Even the less expensive items are unique, and that is the mark of a great shop, along with great organization, which makes things easy to find. If I had a shop, it would be done like this one!
shane vansyckle: Great place! Found this gem while walking around easttown. Everyone is very nice and the options for clothes are Great. If you haven't stopped in this is a true grand rapids gem!
Brenda Corey: Love this place! It's clean and very well organized. You don't have to sort through to find exactly what you're looking for. They have a great variety of styles, colors, and sizes to choose from. The employees are friendly and helpful; even giving me tips on what I could wear with a jacket I purchased. I will absolutely shop here again.

Rosa's Closet: what do users think?
Payton Reeds: Girl at the counter was too invested in her phone to even say “Hi” as we walked in. We said hello and she acted like we were from a different planet lol. Honestly, if you’re working in customer service, some simple manners would be nice.
Lexi Ensink: Clothes for a good price in great condition. Always find something unique that makes a great addition to my closet.
Alice Garrard: Always leave feeling like a million bucks,, without busting my budget!
nancy ritcheske: Sweet little business... great gem in gas light village
Kimberly Brooks: Absolutely adorable and very very clean!
Bethany Faith: Awesome store! Wonderful staff & always fabulous deals on the $5 rack! By far one of my favorite stores 👍
PG Rated: Rosa's Closet is one of my fave Consignment stores! They have a nice selection of clothes, shoes and accessories and pick only good quality and styles. I enjoy the variety as the seasons change and I've always found great pieces, a fantastic deal or style I wouldn't have found otherwise at a regular store. It's also just nice to break from your own style and have someone else's style to choose from for a change plus you can't find many items in retail stores as the trends change so quickly. There is free street parking right in front and in the area. Consigning is pretty straightforward just remember to check in with them when you near your expiration date if you want your items back otherwise they offer to donate on your behalf which is convenient.I never went there when it was originally owned and run by Rosa which some of the very old reviews refer to, but the current owner Lisa is GREAT, contributes to charitable causes and has a fun Instagram page showcasing new and fun items. The service in general is always friendly and helpful.Lastly, it feels really great to support a local mom owned business and helping the environment by shopping eco-friendly too!
bindsay: It’s alright. Pretty basic selection. Good range of prices, though!
Tamekyo Garner: My favorite consignment store. Bypass the negative reviews and go check it out for yourself!!!!! Very cute boutique set up!
Johanna Salsbury: Most awesome place thanks Karen for finding the perfect dress for me. I will be back..
Leslie Clark: Very cute shoppe, we will definitely be visiting again 🙂
Nicole Prins: We love Rosa's Closet! The owner, Lisa, is the sweetest person ever!!! Excellent new/used condition clothes at discounted prices from Nordstrom, Talbots, Abercrombie, etc. Check it out today!!
Candice Hope Littleton: Awesome selection and everything was priced appropriately !
Hope Ramseyer: Found a lovely Agnes B. coat & Chanel flats for a very reasonable price! I had clothes to consign & was pleased to hear they donate any items they don’t want. This is such a convenient solution & helps me avoid another stop! I will be coming back often.
Melissa Denny: Honestly hate to post bad review. First visit was great. Found lots of upscale items. Fast forward to a year later. Clothing same as you might find at Goodwill. Found a great pairof boots this time around.Bought what was advertised as Tiffany earrings. Sales person was very helpful. No complaints there. Got them home only to find, although they were close just quickly looking at them in the store, they did not match. Not even sure they came from Tiffany. But it.was advertised as so.Also bought "Coach" wristlet. After earring debacle, did research on line and found it was fake. They don't normally refund because of previously used. However, I had the same sales person the next day, after finding the problems. She was great and no hassles because i was able to show her the defectsLovely store, but beware. Just because it is labeled a name brand, before you buy do.your research.I think the store has responsibility before labeling something brand name. However I believe the person trying to make a profit when consigning items that they are fully aware are not authentic are absolutely pathetic.
Sarah Monroe: Lovely and charming shop with a nice variety of clothes, shoes and jewelry.
Katherine Gifford: I love shopping used clothing stores and Rosa's has some really nice pieces. The only down side is there is usually a lot of dated looking items. However, I always find a couple pieces there that I love and are trendy.
Julie Sanford: Good selection

Urban Exchange: what do users think?
Lisa Chang: Great Selections
Maddie Hunt: I find something I love every time I visit! Good quality items and with how often they have 25%-50% off everything sales, it’s easy to find great deals!
Gabriela Gonzalez: Stopped by and the store was very crowded from all the racks filled with clothing. It was very hard to go through items, shoes were on the floor underneath. They have no plus size sections and I saw a Meijer brand shirt for $30.Not a good welcoming experience either.I don’t think I would go back.
Tricia Bernhard: Great choice of women's clothes, shoes, purses and accessories. Well color coordinated.
Kelly Yagiela: Thank you Urban Exchange for saving the day and having the perfect dress for the wedding I attended today!! I love this dress and I love that it was 50% off. Staff was super friendly and helpful and I'll most definitely be coming back :)
Jackie: I’ve found some of my cutest pieces from this store, and the ladies that work there are so sweet! I love both consigning and buying. :)
W: always blocking the sidewalk on saturdays. i’m walkin’ here!
Lindsey D: I was surprised by the prices of things. They wanted $40-50 dollars for a J.Crew or Banana Republic item when you can purchase it new from the retailer if you get it on sale. Some of the items were very worn. I wanted to keep looking but the prices are too high for my liking, especially for used items.
Erica Jansen: Great selection and helpful staff!
Carol Kang: First time consigner and they took nearly everything I brought in to sell! The owner is very friendly and attentive. This place has some hidden treasures!
R J: Largest selection I've ever seen quality too
Jeannette Moore: Too expensive
Rachel Horton: Amazing selection. Great pieces- a bit pricier but worth it.
cassidy mazei: Great customer service, clean space and good mix of modern and vintage pieces!
Jenna Happach: Staff was friendly, shop was well organized, but I thought some items were overpriced, like a Old Navy jumpsuit for $25. Minimal options for plus size or anything over a size 10
Beth Ann Larsen Pobojewski: Stephanie at Urban Exchange was like meeting your sister and new best friend. Though she takes clothing by appointment, so I had to make an appointment, she made my trip VERY worth while. The other customers shopping at the time were as helpful and friendly as the shop owner, giving great advice regarding which pair of jeans looked better and such.. I found gems hidden in her eclecticly decorated store. I can not wait to get my clothes to her (in season only) so that I am able to do more shopping.
Jenn V: Terrible service,Unreliable clothes that are ripped and are not checked properly.UPDATE: I stand by my 1 star and I assume the owner had the audacity to comment back saying I wrote a bad review because she assumes my last name (a very popular one in W. MI) is connected to a local store that I frequent. ALSO they wrote “assuming this is based on an actual experience”I am shocked, do they treat every customer like this? I was there once, hated it, made my review, and am being told that I, as a customer, am wrong. Well Urban Exchange, I am disappointed you have the audacity and the gusto to even make that reply.
Chris R: Stole my friends money. Lied about what product she had and what she sold and had on hand. Will never use her as a consignment shop.
Hand Made Human cont.: Why buy N-E-W...when you can save a buck, or several...And buy gently used? It's like new...just N-E-W to you!!😉Prices are fair...And a varied assortment for all tastes and walkers of life!**Every window shopper becomes a buyer, a friend...And a customer til the end!!👍
Samantha Adrianson: They had some good stuff but i was shocked by the prices. Way too expensive for used clothes. Would have bought a few things but not for those prices. Bummer.
m stander: Awesome and personable

Elaina Swartzlander: My absolute favorite consignment store. Every time I go, I find exactly what I’m looking for. Whitney, the owner, is the sweetest. Highly recommend.

William Olson: Great prices! Pleasant freshwater atmosphere!
Abigail Heijboer: This adorable shop is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood! I've found high quality clothes for my kiddos at great prices. I also love looking through their used picture book selection. The owner is super friendly and welcoming too! Overall a fun place to visit.
Jamie Bolema: What a great addition to the neighborhood! Super friendly service, fun selection and reasonable prices. Looking forward to making this a regular stop to help cutdown on our clothing waste.

Hoopla: what do users think?
Katherine “Katy” McGarity: Awesome place for a baby shower! Recently hosted my daughters here. We felt like we owned the place, but anytime we needed something, assistance was right in the back room.
John Gipson: Great place to rent.nice location.
Megan VanderMolen: Really cute space for a small/medium party or gathering. My cousin had a bridal shower here and it was so nice! Phil who I believe is the owner was very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this place for sure.
Anjali Shah: Hoopla was the perfect spot for hosting my sister's baby shower! Phillip, the owner, was incredibly helpful from the beginning. He was professional, prompt, very organized, and so personable. What a breeze to host an event there! The floor to ceiling windows and modular layout is perfect for photographs and easy set up. We especially enjoyed that we could bring in our own alcohol and food and decor adding our personal touch. Philip was personable with all our guests and made sure we had anything we needed and that our guests had a good time. I would 100% recommend Hoopla for future showers or parties!
Keasha West: Great place to have an event, friendly and helpful staff and a great venue.
JBRAIDS AFRICAN BRAIDING SALON: Philip, the owner, lacks intergrity. I made my booking March 2nd, after visiting the venue, for a grad event. Philip did not even have the decency to call/text but instead gave my set date - June 2nd to someone else considering I had booked three months in advance. I am now struggling to hopefully find a location last minute because of his inconsiderate actions. As they say...do into others as you would like done into you. Thank you even though I am really upset and frustrated.
Tina McNett (Babe): Nice place
Sandy Krupp-Nguyen: I went to a meeting held in their space they rent out after business hours. It is a very nice space that can accommodate 20-50 people. I really like the atmosphere of the space. The rental fees are very reasonable. I would highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for a space to rent for smaller meetings, bridal and baby showers or parties. During business hours Hoopla is a higher end childrens clothing resale shop. I also recommend checking the store out too.
Jessica Casavant: Rented the Hoopla on January 19, 2019 for a baby shower. Rate was very affordable and the venue is beautiful and contemporary. The owner Phillip went above and beyond helping us throughout the process of event and before hand. Could not of asked for more.
Troy Walters: Inviting place
Claire Razmus: I threw a gender reveal here in December 2018 and everything couldn’t have been more perfect! There was ample parking for guests, the room is flexible and easy to manipulate into whatever you’re vision is, but I cannot day enough about Philip and the staff that helps run this facility! The people who help with coordination of the party couldn’t be nicer or more helpful! I have worked as an event planner and done decades worth of events and I’m not lying when I say this is the best event crew I have ever known.
Sarah Hampton: Nice place. Very friendly staff.
Sharon Irwin: Hoopla was the perfect setting for the baby shower we recently gave. The venue is spacious, well-lit with natural light and offers complete flexibility for table/chair setup. Phillip was wonderful to work with, offered suggestions if needed, and helped with set-up, clean-up and was there to assist when we needed it during the shower. The onesie activity also offered was a hit and an added bonus to an already fantastic experience. I would highly recommend looking into booking Hoopla for your next shower (or other gathering).
Marlise DeShane: Philip was wonderful to work with! The space was perfect for the baby shower we were throwing. Philip was extremely helpful and the onesies activity was such a fun and engaging activity. I would highly recommend Hoopla for a variety of events!
amber vandyk: Cannot day enough good things about Hoopla! Phil went above and beyond for my bridal shower and everything turned out great! He helped set up, cleaned up an epic sangria spill, provided all the glassware, was at our beck and call in the next room over, then cleaned up afterwards. He certainly helped my day run smoothly and we all appreciated it so much. The space itself of wonderful, too! Spacious with high ceilings, loads of natural light, and we were able to configure the tables/ furniture to our liking. I had a three hour event on a Sunday afternoon and thought the price was quite fair for everything that was included. If you need a fun place with flexible, friendly staff, look no further than Hoopla in Grand Rapids!
Kristy Geldersma: Very nice place, I highly recommend checking this place out if you have kids!
Kim Davis: I love Hoopla!! Thank Philip and Jody!
Amanda Rostic: We celebrated my daughter's 2nd birthday at the Hoopla Center and the experience was incredible! The space is absolutely beautiful. The staff is amazing! They are kind and really good with both children and adults. Our entire experience was fun and very positive. The adults had as much fun as the children. I would highly recommend hosting an event in this space!
Sofie Bootz: I looove resale. This is by far the best one i have been to in a long time. Very Clean playroom for kids, excellent kid clothes, loved it! Sofie
Andrea Swiger: We recently had a birthday party at Hoopla and we were so happy we did. The space worked out great and one of the parents who came with their kids said it was “a perfect party for kids and adults!” Thanks for a great time Hoopla!
Katie Kuipers: We had my daughter’s ninth birthday party here and it was great! Kids had so much fun and the staff were fantastic. Very cute space and a good price. Highly recommend.

Estate Sales Warehouse: what do users think?
Susan Shannon: Lots of stuff from furniture to collectible figurines. It's like a huge neighborhood garage sale.
Harvey Nauta: always a variety of items to look at
Brennan Smith: Incredible finds, always new pieces, reasonably priced items.
Michael Schippers: A lot of great items to look at and choose from.
Jenn LaClair Shifferd: Wide variety of items for sale: cookware, glass, comic books, clothes, books, and furniture.
Randylyn Denny: Bought a lot of paint here. Great price and variety
Sines Leslieann: I had high hopes for this place, it was very dirty, cold, and unorganized.
Jacklyn Smith: Great place! I usually go there every other week to find different items. Always interesting to find things I forgot about having as a kid. It's quite fun! There are more vendors arriving to add to the fun of finding unique items. And super super nice people.
Tom Graysmark: Decent selection but prices that are laughable. A dirty nightstand with a $3.99 goodwill tag was marked $129. Is anyone really dumb enough to believe this? Go elsewhere.
Jim: Tons of great stuff!
Stefanie: Maybe it was the time I went but it was all junk.
A DeBoer: After having been a while since being here last, I found it more appealing. It seemed more organized, Clean, and easy to see stuff. Lots of loose ends, and always seemingly busy. I get lost here lots. I wanna see such to use in pictures. Lots of bargains, never seem the same twice.
Sandy Krupp-Nguyen: The name should be changed. It is NOT an Estate Sale warehouse. It is a resale warehouse with various vendors. Kind of like Second Time Around etc....except no where near as nice. It was the first time I went there to check it out and there was mostly large furnishings. I didn't find anything that really peaked my interest. Pricing is hit or miss. Some items, in my opinion were good or fair while others, were way over priced for the poor condition the items were in. I'm sure the vendors are moving item in and out often enough that you might find a diy project at some point. The staff was friendly. I think they take Credit Cards but not 100% positive. I don't know if they have public restrooms. For the most part it looks wheelchair accessible. There are a few areas where things are placed close together that may make it difficult for a wheelchair to navigate. It is located back behind Best Buy 28th St & Beltline.
Aaron Muller: This place is unique. Worth a visit, "just buy something already!"
Anita Shaffer: So much good stuff. 👐👐
Julie Frasier: Dirty dusty unorganized. Don't waste your time
fallon Fischenich: So many awesome things to choose from huge variety off all kinds of cool items super cool place will return
Jason Ellison: Great place for everything vintage!!!
Sherri Keizer: A new place to me. A big selection. Fun!
Scott Schwochow: All kinds of crazy stuff to be had there! And the manager dude super friendly!
Michelle Taylor: I love going here at least once a month
