Raymond Lira: It has been years since I have worked in a warehouse environment. I was nervous about returning to the industry because was not sure what to expect. I have been with GTC for almost two months and I couldn’t be happier. From day one when I was met in the break room before orientation started was told what was expected right from the start. I am working third shift so can only speak for my shift but the leadership that we have is amazing. Our leaders are on the floor with us every day and are always looking to create encouraging circumstances for Everyone. I can honestly say I can walk up to any team member and ask for help and they are willing to stop what they are doing to show me something or answer any of my questions. Thank you all for your hard work and making it easy to make the decision to make this move.

Big Mark: All was well initially then our rep left the company and everything went south. We purchased custom tooling from them to make our custom boxes. We can't get them to send a rep to place new orders or quote anything new. Wasted money, not impressed.

Dennis Gort: Place is very unprofessional! Does not give raises anually as any other company does. Insurance is garbage. Fred (plant manager) gives empty promises on the regular. The owners are by far the biggest cheap asses out there. By far one of the worse companies to work for in the grand rapids area. No bonuses or quality incentives. Very fraudulent individuals to work for! Their motto should be "Expect the most, give nothing, and underappreciate"
