Brandon Sollner: Ordered delivery through doordash. The store chooses to use their own delivery drivers, not dasher. Then you get a link to watch the tracking on the insomnia website.Delivery took OVER an hour [not a weekend or what I would assume peak delivery time]Cookies arrived cold and hard.....idk if they know this but if you hot hold cookies for so long and then let them get cold...they turn hard and crispy. You'd assume they know since they only offer 1 thing..."warm" cookies.With over an hour to be delivered [4-5 minutes away] you would expect the cookies to of just came out the oven and ran straight over.If the little staff you do have cannot keep up with delivery times, quality or freshness...you should probably let Dashers pick up the orders to alleviate work from your staff. I know for a fact a dasher would of been to that store and dropped it off ASAP given we tip well.If the delivery estimate is 20-30 minutes I expect that...not 75+AND If you are going to take that long.....communication and updates through the app or tracking website would be nice.....expected but nice.Overall I overpaid paid for cold, small, hard cookies that were in no way worth the $28 before tip/delivery/taxes/fees.I have seen cookies baked in gas stations and packaged in multiples of 3 that are only $2.49 each...and they may not be warm but they aren't crunchy and hard either.Absolute joke. Again. If your drivers can't deliver orders on time let the 3rd company party you are ALREADY paying to use do it.---this order was may 1st @ 8:20pm

Austyn Oberlin: The cookies are good, too bad they are always out of so many flavors if you visit the store. It would have been easier for the worker to tell us which cookies they did have versus what they were out of. Very rude worker at the register, and the rest of the team sat in the back messing around.

Kayleigh Rogers: Amaze!! The peanut butter cup one is the bomb. I got a chance to try a bunch. I guess they have to be get rid of all stock every so many hours and I came at the right time. I got a ton of cookies for dirt cheap. I like mint chocolate as well. Smores is OK. There was an oatmeal one which was good. Birthday is ok as well. I didn't get to try red velvet but I bet it's all good. Oh yeah salted caramel also good but really nothing compares to p.b. cup, for me. The cookies are so big, soft, warm, crunch outside, just perf.

ÁC Viviana: Great for your midnight and up sweet-tooth fix!!!! Just know that they only accept plastic, no cash!Which is one good thought about the business especially being that they are a late-night business, you don't have to worry about anybody robbing them! They don't carry cash!Aside of the obvious, lovely customer service in wonderful food and ice cream treats :-) something there for anyone's taste buds!!

Teesh R: Wanted to try this place from a recommendation from a friend. So we did a couple days ago and it was great. So we went back walk in there and no one is there so we waited over 10 minutes. Called the store and had a customer service rep call still no answer. It took me to go behind the counter and yell then she’s comes out with an attitude saying oh I can’t hear back there. Very bad customer service she didn’t even apologize for the delay. Don’t think we will be going back.

Very rich tasting with the white chocolate and coconut combination. I have not found a cookie yet from this creator that isn’t worth re-ordering more.The White Chocolate Cherry Amaretto is another hit. It is delicious and elegant with the hint of amaretto flavor in the cherries. Great job.

This is the first flavor that has not been delicious.This was the first time trying the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and they were completely over spiced. It was like a classic oatmeal raisin cookie just subbed out for chocolate chips which could not be tasted against all the spice.I checked the website description and there is no indication that this cookie would be a spice bomb. Down 1 star for bad taste.I wrote to customer service and told them about our experience and suggested they rename the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookie to Oatmeal SPICE Chocolate Chip cookie. Got no response from my email, so another star down.On the plus side, the cookies were as fresh as when you get them in Grand Rapids.

Elisabeth Burton: This was my first time ordering from them. My kids said the cheesecake was fantastic and the best ever (hence the extra star)! I had the salted caramel gluten-free brownie, and unfortunately it is the worst brownie I’ve ever had. It’s so hard and dry, I’m pretty sure it could be used as building material. Super sad about this.

I love the idea of this place and try to support smaller businesses when I can but the blondy my son got was literally hard as a rock (didn’t seem fresh) and he ended up not being able to eat it.Daughter said her cookies were too sweet and couldn’t eat them for that reason either.The only decent thing out of the 19$ I spent on those few items was the carrot cake blondy. I will say everything is way too overpowered with sugar and I hope they take that into consideration in the future
