Robin May: We used to LOVE Baudville, but something has changed. Quality and customer service are not like they once were. It seems like we have a different account manager every time I place an order now and most recently our order was lost in production and arrived a month late, only after I inquired. We are going to change over to Successories.
Kathy: Pros - Great selection of products.Cons - CS does not respond to emails. Why offer email as a contact option if no one responds. Very frustrating. While I'm waiting for an email response, I'm also shopping competitors. S&H is also expensive; even with a $600+ order. I'd rather deal with a company that waives S&H as an incentive.

Robin-Leigh Smith: 2 months after we ordered we received notice that some of our items were on back order and would be another 3 weeks. On that date we received notice that it would be another 2 weeks. I called customer service and chose items they said were in stock, they were not. I received another message saying some of our order would be another 2 weeks. I called back and chose new items. They tried to bill us the new price. I called back, they did rectify it. Now it has been months later and although I checked out with my credit card I have yet to be charged. If they made up for the months of waiting with a free order then this is a 5 star rating, otherwise it is a two.
Michele Lurvey: This company has the most amazing customer service! I ordered a personalized award on a Wednesday afternoon and it arrived at my office on Thursday morning. I've bought many items from Baudville and have always been happy with the quality, service and cost. Thank You!!
Jeremy Scherer: Baudville provided trophies for work anniversary milestones at our Christmas party this year. Andy made designing the trophies quick and easy from the beginning. His response time and follow up were extremely quick and courteous. I will use Baudville again, and I will highly recommend them going forward.
Sandra Butler: Pros - they have quality products and lightening fast shipping. Cons - They don't offer free shipping even for large orders. Their customer service email is very difficult to get a response from. After several attempts on working with their customer service for a custom order I gave up.

I talked to a representative and told him how the company I work for constantly orders from them so i decided to order the trophy I needed from them. However, after I sent him the personalized text I wanted he NEVER got back to me. I sent him several emails, and nothing... I even emailed the general service email and received NO ANSWER. They LACK GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP!!! Till this day NO ANSWER....
