I had to point out to him major oversights that he only recognized after the fact and pointed them out to me in an inappropriate way. David Seifert: In my experience this is probably one of the better law firms in the area. Mark as my attorney was courteous, prompt and extremely detailed while handling my traffic ticket. He explained things well and as a CDL holder he understood my situation and was able to get my ticket reduced. If I had to nitpick the cost seemed high BUT if I had to hire a lawyer again I would definitely go with Mark.

Brennan Fassett: Would recommend seeking other attorneys. The only time they were really attentive is the initial consultation when they are getting ready to ask for money as a retainer. After that my defense attorney was a lay down and was easily pushed around by the opposing counsel. He seemed to be well known, but certainly did not have enough clout to get good results for me. I was 42 years old at the time with a clean record , a veteran, and had NEVER been in any trouble before. I was charged with Felony Assault. Not only did I end up with the felony, but from day he never got an inch from the other attorney and kept telling me how it was the best we could do. I believe many other attorneys could have had the charge reduced and I likely would have ended up with a misdemeanor. At one point I had to call and email my attorney no less than 6 times over a 2 week period with no response. I had to complain to another attorney at the firm to get a response. My attorney continued to tell me what he would do, but NEVER followed through without repeated requests or follow up on my part. Very non-responsive and maybe they just take too many clients at once. On top of that, he knew I was a veteran and didn't even tell me I could have been eligible to be tried or have my case go through the veterans courts. I likely would not have even had a felony. I made the mistake that got me in trouble, no doubt about that, but the other mistake I made was trusting this firm to represent me. Your money would be better spent elsewhere. Also, used the family division of this firm through a divorce. Had to fire them and hire a different firm which made the attention I was getting from Jason at WMDT look like a joke. I got farther and more answers from MI Family Law Center in a few days than this firm got me in 2 months. Thank goodness I switched! I plan to have my felony expunged when I can. I will not use this firm for that unless they offer to do it free for doing such a poor job TWICE.

Christopher Buiten: I have used Jason Jansma twice and a court appointed attorney once. Any court appointed attorney could have done the same job that Jason did. He said about 2 sentences to the judges each time, forcing me to do almost all of the talking. I didn't like how I had to pay in full before my hearing date. Both sentences turned out worse than expected.

Ak Dave: I hired this guy for $2500 to review my case that was very simple all he does is talk a big game of NOTHING. So then he would take my case for additional $2500 and still didn't do anything so on 2016 i sent him a text and ask when he was gonna do something about my case. His response i haven't got to it. So i told him i want my money back you have done nothing. I will post pic's of all the stuff this guy will do to other very sad that he is a attorney so sad hopefully this will help people. Liza Salinas: A close family member of mine found himself in trouble with the law on a couple occasion's. He was facing numerous felony charges, 3 to be exact. There was also the probation violation, and if he was charged he would have spent a great deal of his life behind bars. On both occasion's I called Frank to ask him to please take these cases. Frank took both cases, fought hard for my family member, he was honest throughout the whole process and he never failed us. The end results were a couple months in jail, (which for this particular case the minimum was 10 years for one felony). Frank's an amazing attorney, and an even better human being. In my opinion, there is no attorney better at doing this job than Frank. He is honest, fair, compassionate, and very thorough. We were so lucky to have Frank take these cases and fight for the best outcome.

Then when I tried to question him after he yelled at me and told me never to call him again and to leave a message with his secretary!!!! The NEXT ̂ LEVEL: I literally spent 5 minutes on the phone with this lawfirm, and the lawyer went over his credentials and his wins, then he tells me that we should set up a meeting, and I should send the hundreds to thousands of legal documents to him in the mail. He said he wanted a recent copy of the order of the Court and I should scan it and text him that order. I asked him if he could look up all the judicial documents on pacer.gov, and he said "You know what, I'm not going to do that" then hung the phone up on me. If your looking for an arrogant lawyer who doesn't want to spend $.50 to lookup a docket entry, but yet takes up to $100k from his clients, by all means, this is a perfect match for you.
