Nathan Reeder: Spoke with Sue about ordering white 2" Graber faux wood blinds for my whole house. I measured for the blinds myself (very easy if you are handy with a tape measure) and sent over the measurements the same day. She offered to have someone out to measure but I wanted to save a visit to my home due to COVID. A few weeks later the blinds came in, Jim was over to install them across my house. Very personable, friendly, and able to work quickly and efficiently while also maintaining social distancing and safety measures due to COVID restrictions. Jim went room by room and installed the blinds, making sure each was to my liking, a well as cleaning up the packaging as he went room to room. These blinds were a great compliment to my white windows and trim, while making my house seem clean and modern at the same time. Overall, my experience was awesome, very timely answering questions, and quick to install into my home once they were delivered to the store. Awesome place, will definitely order from Blind Ideas again!

Michelle Scarlavai: Debra came to my home on 10/21/20 to help me on deciding on a Hunter Douglas silhouette blind. Sold me on the idea we could install it ourselves since it would save us some money and was easy too do. Received the blind 10 days later with no instruction manual or parts needed to put the blind up. Called her to explain what was needed only to have to wait 5 days and not get the correct parts. My husband contacted her on Nov 13th and explained the parts we were missing. I was expecting to get the parts that were needed 4-5 days like prior only to find out she waited 2 days later to order the parts that were needed, per Hunter Douglas customer service. My blind is still currently sitting in the original box. If I had known how much of a hassle this was I would have gone someplace else. Would not recommend this company !!!!!!
