elina fedotova: I am very disappointed and I would not recommend working with this company if you are looking to print labels. It took them several weeks to open our account with them to place our first order which was very strange because I was ready to pay for the order right away. The last run we did they did not have paper in stock and received the label design on May 14th and sent me the final product 6 weeks later. I have owned my business for a long time and 20 years ago i was able to receive labels in 2 weeks, so I do not understand how the process has gotten so complicated and takes 3 times longer now a days. I found another company who does it for me less than 2 weeks. They also missed important emails and had very expensive set up charges that I have never seen. Do not settle for this service and look for something better!
Randy Baker: I think formats on the line boss labeling system was paved with awesome intentions, but if your a operator just save the headache. Use one format, auto teach and set the delay. Your going to have to anyway. Learn multi label mode and call it a day. The numbers on the counters don't hold, I'm suspicious of incriminate desync. It's easier to just look,,,,, you have to anyway. Ditch formats and save a whole bunch of steps. Other than the format angle being pushed and dominating the instructions to a cloudy, complicated haze the machine runs darn well! It really is a good machine that needs dumbed down for user friendliness.

They have always worked hard to meet our deadlines, follow through on what they say, provide a great product and work to stay within our budget. They provide superior service and sound pricing.
j y: Company took a month to charge my card. Then charged it with out warning. Over drafted my bank account I was closing. When I called to find out what was going on they where rude and argumentative. They have lost any future orders! My suggestion is to find another company like I have that can do the job professionally!
