Samantha: Paul is good stuff!I can’t say my situation was a success story unfortunately, but sometimes that makes for a better review.My external hard drive backup with all my home, student, and business records failed. It was easy enough to drop off the equipment, the initial analysis cost me nothing. More importantly, Paul was very transparent about my chances of recovery (which weren’t good) in a nice way.He offered a Hail Mary option at a flexible price and kept me updated throughout via email. It didn’t work out in my favor this time, but I left the interaction feeling that we’d done all we could as quickly as we were able.If I have any other recovery issues, I’ll be sure to go back.
