Rebbe Tice: Great food at decent prices! Just wish there were more kosher options. Many of the meat sandwiches come dressed with cheese, and far too much swine flesh on the menu for a deli by this name.

Honestly, I don't know how the nice Staff people can stand it.

Watched people physically walk in, order at the counter and get their food before me. Just ordered one sandwich btw, nothing else. Food quality doesn't outweigh inconvenience.

April Lee Potter: I placed a large ADVANCE order for my staff in celebration of national employee appreciation day. I will not be using Two Beards for large orders in the future. I would not recommend trusting them with large or catering orders as it appears as if they are too complex for staff to handle. They ask that you place large orders 24 hours in advance. I did this with a pick-up time scheduled the next day at 11:45 am. I spent a lot of time and effort individually writing thank you notes to go with their orders for each of my staff. The notes were of little effect when their food showed up almost an hour late and cold/soggy in many cases. I arrived to pick up my order at 11:37am. It had not been started. I watched over the next hour as sandwiches were put into the bag for my order slowly. It was placed in the take out bag forty minutes or more before the order was completed and handed over to me. No wonder some of the food was cold. I watched as smaller orders were completed and handed out before sandwiches on mine were even started. Three times I had to go out and put more time on the parking meter to avoid get ticketed because the 15 minutes I anticipated needing to pick up my confirmed order turned into an hour. I also had the joy of making a last minute dash to the store to replace the ranch dressing ordered for the salad on my order that was not in the bag. My employees felt far from appreciated. The funds I have budgeted to spend on them to help them feel appreciated have been wasted on a poor quality result. The only explanantion I received is that they were busy and short staffed. Not sure why no one reached out when they opened and knew this was going to impact orders placed for that day to let customers know of the impact to their orders. Not sure why they accepted and confirmed large orders if they were not able to handle them due to volume and staff. Its a shame because I really do enjoy the food here. However, it appears as if smaller orders are the only ones that can deliver on the quality I experienced previously.**Update** the business refunded my order. While that doesn't change the experience it does help make things right and is appreciated. I likely won't try a large order again but will eat here myself because it is very tasty when done right.

Do not waste your hard earn money or calories on mediocre food and garbage customer service.Try Stella’s across the street, excellent customer service and excellent food, well worth the money.

I might like another one better, and I should have eaten it sooner because it was cold and a little soggy by the time I did, that's not their fault though. Wait times can vary based on how busy they are (evidently that may not be obvious to some people when they go out to eat based on some of these reviews I am reading). Overall great place to eat, no criticisms.

Ms B: The 70 on rye is my fave! They have the largest selection of ingredients of any sandwich shop that I have ever been to. You can create and customize anything here. Research the menu in advance!

Naveen Nyx: Was very happy to find this gem. My best friend is vegan and I don't eat pork so finding a place that she and I can go and enjoy great food is kind of hard. They have so many options we have had to go back multiple times to try them all. The bonus is while we wait for our food we can do a little grocery shopping at the same time. Jacob Kermode: I shop and visit the Bridge Street Market frequently, and for no reason I can think of, I have never tried eating at the West Side Deli. Well, that all changed today, and I am excited to tell you that it's amazing! For my first time there I went with #14, "The Ottawa." For a freshly made sandwiche it was made quickly and it was delicious! I would encourage anyone to try them, and I can't wait to try their other sandwiches and their soup!!!

I'm writing this as I'm eating because they are just so good. The two guys working this early afternoon were also very kind and professional. Give them a raise.

It was completely unnecessary but they went above and beyond to make the situation better- which meant a lot.

I've always been a fan of Two Beards and have heard great things about Cherry Deli, and West Side Deli lives up to the quality and deliciousness that you'll find from the two partnered companies. My husband and I both had a sandwich today, both were good but the Reuben had very little protein on it and the turkey sandwich was also lacking. I know it's not cheap to make big sandwiches but for just over 10 dollars each I would expect a little more quality/quantity.
