Nicki Humitz: Do not hire this company. The owner Rob is very rude & unprofessional. I spoke to Rob about moving forward with our wedding and was told I would have a contract in my email that evening. After not receiving a contract that evening, I followed back up the next afternoon to make sure I didn't miss his email. Rob promised me again that I would have the contract that day. After 9 days passing and still no contract, I reached out to Rob by email again. No response. I called Rob to check in. He proceeded to give excuses that he was on vacation (and had been on vacation for several months) and was trying to "keep up with everything but also not work too much" since he was on vacation. He said he would have the contract to me that evening. I did express my concern on his follow through since this was the 3rd promise for a contract and I wanted to be sure I could trust in his services for our important day. Rob got very defensive and told me if I had these concerns that I should look elsewhere and he wasn't a good fit for me since my wedding day is one of the busiest of the season, essentially implying that he could replace me as a client easily. I think expecting a vendor to follow through on their service is not too much to ask for. As a person in customer service and sales, I am disgusted at how Rob treated me as a customer. If you are a bride and groom that is comfortable with poor communication and to be treated just like a number, then Rob is the guy for you.
Parker White: We had Mitch as our DJ, he did such an amazing job, everything went perfect. The dance floor was packed from start to finish. Could not give Mitch and Rhythm and Lights enough praise for there great service. I highly recommend using them and requesting Mitch as your DJ.
Amber DeGraaf: Mitch did such an amazing job DJing our wedding reception!!! The dance floor was packed all night long! The best part was not having to worry about anything. He did a great job of keeping the timeline moving - speeches, dinner, dances, etc. We will definitely be recommending rhythm and lights to our friends :)
Mitchell Gabriele: Rob did a FANTASTIC job with the music and leading the reception during our wedding day. The music and his enthusiasm kept our guests on the dance floor the entire time. He even gave my wife and I direction on how to properly cut our wedding cake. It was a day my wife and I will always remember and cherish. Thanks to Rhythm and Lights, it was a magical day!
Elizabeth “Liz” Noordhoek: Absolutely amazing team of professionals!! Angie was our DJ for wedding day. Our guests and even our venue Olde Mill Venue were very impressed with her and their crew. They asked for their information to refer to other bride and grooms! Angie was an absolute blast. She was so laid back and met almost EVERY song request. Angie even came out on the dance floor to teach some group dances and later in the evening for open dance. Not to mention, she was very organized and communicated SO well with me before wedding day. We had an itinerary that was revised a few times for the ceremony and reception. She was so calm and any small changes in the itinerary we asked for the day of, she was more than willing to meet those requests. Their team is PHENOMENAL!! Hire them for your important event!
Samantha Wiley: We hired them for our wedding and were extremely happy with their service. Due to covid we had to reschedule 4 times and each time, they were willing to reschedule with us. We had them booked for almost a year and a half due to covid and they worked with us for each reschedule. They made our wedding day wonderful, all the songs were played at the right time and everything went so smoothly. We had a 1950s theme and Rob did an excellent job sticking to the theme while still playing some guest favorites. It was so much fun and he did such an awesome job. I highly recommend hiring them for your special day!
