Hillcrest Dog Park: what do users think?
dagwoodj: Would give it 5 stars if users actually picked up after their dogs. Dog poo was every where.
Esther Gish: Great park.
Aliya Alexander-may: But stop bringing your 5 year old kids and when they cry you got a attitude make it make sense
Jessie Shears: My girls had so much fun here.Restrooms: Just a portar johnDog-friendliness: I noticed some dogs that weren't nice there and getting salty with my girls for no reason....and there unfortunately was a lot of poop left behind by owners(do better owners no one wants to step in dog poop)
rozlynn garner: It was muddy but with this winter of rain and snow what is to be expected just bring a towel which I learned after my first time. It was a great group of people and the dogs were well behaved. My boys had a blast with there friends and it shows when we go how much fun they have.
GAME KING LAST: Good
Todd Dunn: Great dog park, full of friendly dogs and more importantly full of friendly people too
Tessa Tariverdi: All of my experiences at this park have been positive. The owners are kind & attentive to any possible too rough play. The dogs are friendly and my dog consistently gets all the exercise & play that he needs. The concern that I continue to have is that many of the dog owners do not clean up after their dogs. The overall reason that I have heard is that no doggie bags are provided, but most of the owners do not even pursue trying to clean up.I am so grateful to have these parks available. To bring my own bags is a non issue, I would need to provide these if I was walking my dog.I think as dog owners, we should always be prepared, I certainly do not expect that every place I take my dog to will have the toiletries for my dogs needs.Do we want a dog park for our dogs to run & play in? Or a large toilet that no one will feel safe in?
Willie Coetzee: This park is so much fun. Very clean, lots of dogs and plenty of space to run. The city made two separate areas, one for big dogs and the other for little dogs.I highly recommend bringing your dog here!
Alan Scott: I love this park. It’s not super wet because it has a ton of wood chips. I will definitely. Be back.
Russell Gavigan: Great place to take your pup to play. And most importantly get out their energy. 😃
Lee Ann S: It was nice, a little muddy after the thaw out but lots of updates since I was last there some years back.Restrooms: There is a porta potty on siteDog-friendliness: Its a dog park, What can I say?
Steve Quirk: Can be a good place to bring your pups. Down sides include people who live within walking distance bringing their dogs and leaving them for hours unsupervised. Have been attacked by uncontrolled dogs and seen many other attacks.
Elise Culver (ASL songs and stories): Dog-friendliness: There's always dogs there! My pup is so social.
Taneesha Still: I’ve met the best people and dogs here
Joel DeJong: The new expansion is great! The obstacles and fresh layer of wood chips are much appreciated!
Michelle Boerman: Love it and so does my dog! It's nice that they have an area for large and small dogs.
Jody Deems-McCargar (JDM): So much trash everywhere, aged parking lot and unpleasant experience. Owners ignoring park rules and bringing small toddlers into the dog park... It was quite dangerous and a mess. Grand Rapids deserves a much higher quality and better maintained park. If they have a "work day" Im willing to help out.
Cheryl Smith: I was looking at moving into the area so checking out dog parks and I have to say this one is impeccable. I love that it had two different areas for large and small dogs too. The city people were there when I was there and they were making sure everything was replenished and clean.
Michael Waldron: Needs more organized activities!
Angel Dunn: Had a very good time, park is great, people friendly. Parking could be better but overall a great experience.

Covell Dog Park: what do users think?
Brian Paul: This dog park is a good place to run your dog around/play fetch. There isn't much there other than a couple picnic tables and some plastic chairs. There is a fenced off small dog area with similar amenities. I really wish there were some trees planted, or big rocks moved in. Something to give the dogs more to interact with. There is a drinking fountain with a bowl low to the ground for pups as well. Overall I like the park, but it is as basic as a dog park can get.
Brian Sayre: Very nice, clean, spacious, friendly people!
Debra Hoek: My dog usually has a good experience here. We have encountered reactive dogs a couple of times.Restrooms: Portapotty.Dog-friendliness: My dog usually has a good time playing with a lot of other dogs. We have run into reactive dogs twice since October.
Monica Adams: Great place for my dogs to run and play. Wide open areas, there are tennis balls and Frisbee's scattered all over to play with, and a few benches for the human counterparts to sit on. There is an area for smaller dogs as well as large dogs and water bowls provided. Would recommend.Dog-friendliness: Completely caged in, a duo gate area to prevent any escapees, water bowls provided, but would recommend bringing water as the city hasn't turned the water fountain back on yet from the winter.
Abbey Galloway: I love this park always nice people here with their dogs. I hate when you go to a dog park and it's all Karen's. This isn't that at all!
Sam Boone: Good place to be on a nice day where it's not so crowded.
Chris Kaminsky (CriscoDesigns): Best dog park around!
Mike: Big space with separate small dog area. Fresh water available. Nice people take their dogs here.
Amber Kaminsky: We take our dog here almost every morning. It is a nice open space for our husky to run. There is water, small pools, and some toys available. Be aware though that it can be muddy after a rain shower.
Angel Dunn: The park is nice but not really people or small dog friendly. The people who use the large dog area tend to take over and are not very friendly for those with young or small dogs, at least in the earlier mornings. The smaller dog area has one intact chair and one broken while the large dog area has several seating options.
J.P. Kent: A big field to run your dog!
Tim Wolf: Great place for dogs and dog lovers. Many well behaved dogs and dog people!
John Powell: First visit. Good place to bring your dog for exercise and socializing.
Patrick Burton: This is a very nice park, very well kept, and very nice people
Ann Linscott: Really nice park. Big for all dogs, well kept. Both people and dogs are nice and respectful.
Don Elkins: My dogs love it
Matthew Lake: It's a great place to unleach your animals.
David Reynolds: Huge open fenced-in field. Was late January and the snow-cover was deep enough there wasn't yet any slop. 20F on a Sunday afternoon and there were about 40 dogs. The place is big enough it seems it couldn't get "crowded". Nice part of town.
Sheila VanAntwerp: Go to this dog park whenever we visit family in GR. Plenty of room for our dogs to explore & some jumps to work out my dog that lives to jump.
Cully Freeman: We love it go everyday
David Powers: Great place for my husky to run. They recently redid it. Some more toys for the pups. Has water hook up. Water bowls and pools also there. Never had a problem with other dogs or their owners.

Cascade Dog Park: what do users think?
DJames Littell: so so good!!
jess hollenbeck: Great setup
Reylee Jacobs: Our puppy first time coming here and he loved it . Loved playing with new dogs . And the dog park is very big and taken care of.
Rebecca Hall: Absolutely love this park! There's a fenced-in area for small dogs and same for large dogs. However, I went when there was all large dogs and the only small dog came to the large dog area and still had fun. My dog loved it here, too. Plenty of trail walking too if your dog gets too overwhelmed. Public water is covered and not for use, so definitely bring your own bowl and water. Lots of used tennis balls laying around to be used. Will definitely be back again!
Deborah Jandle: It was very nice. Very large dog areas to run in. There is a separate one for smaller dogs. Dogs and people were nice.
Angelina Bertoni: My dog and I love coming here!
Jill G.: Well maintained, fresh woodchips, separate area for small dogs. Plenty of bags and receptacles. Everyone picks up after their dogs here. Restrooms in the park open in winter. With its proximity to the airport, it is a good place to watch planes too.
Jackie Radford: Hit or miss if there will be other doggos. Always a good time Regardless.
Shannon Bruin: Good work walking.Playground: Tons of fun and unique playground equipment.Restrooms: Clean and open.Dog-friendliness: Lots of dogs and very friendly regulars.Picnic area: Pavilion available.
Liz A: It’s a good alternative when I am on able to take my dog to the ravines.
Lawrence Difatta: Generally a good place for dogs. Is divided into 2 areas...small dogs one side...dogs over "x" pounds on the other. Dog owners usually act in responsible ways for protection of all dogs. Except for earlier this week when 2 pitbulls attacked and severely injured a Labrodoodle (sp?). It was a disaster and very traumatic. The dog required emergency surgery and the owner a retired lady, sustained significant hand wounds requiring immediate trip to ER and follow-up with a hand specialist. The dog handlers...I'm pretty certain they were from out of the area...all they could offer post- attack was some babble about "they're not our dogs". This should have never happened!
PimPam Motojam: Cascade Dognpark M is wonderful. Clean, pretty lots of dogs usually. Great space to run. One of my favs.
jers420: Great place to play disc golf and bring the dog to the dog park.
Jeffrey Heisler: Nice dog park with two sides, one for smaller dogs. No admission fees.
Kimberly Campbell: Playground: Yes Public restrooms: Yes Off-leash dog area: No Picnic tables: Yes Barbecue grills: YesMore
Kristie StarrCotter: I like the dog park ...great people....however the trash can smelled so bad over 4th of July Weekend
David Reynolds: Seperate big and small dog areas. +/- 30lbs I think. Bring water. The fountain is off sometimes during fountain season. Surfaces are good. Wood chips in the central hang out area, good grass on the perimeter. The dog park is in the larger Cascade Park which has long long grass walks and pavilions. Shaded parking is all the way to the opposite end of the dog park. Highway noise is not bad, but it's there. People are as nice as any dog park.
Chris Smith: Nice Small dog park.
Justin Glanz: Awesome dog park
Adam McLoskey: Great place for dogs and humans! It has a small and big dog side along with a nice walking trail.
Kevin Brandt: A lot of friendly people and friendly dogs. I go there a lot.

Shaggy Pines (Membership Required) Dog Park: what do users think?
Rachael Snyder: We LOVE shaggy!! Our dog is obsessed. It is so worth the membership.
Amy H: Great big open spaces to let your pup run free! Lots of fun in the snow!
Jeffrey Smith: This place is awesome, especially for puppies that need to burn their endless amounts of energy!
Philip R: An access controlled, well-maintained area with 30 or so acres of dog play area including a sand digging pile, a pond, and acres of fields. Onsite self serve dog washing and a shuttle to pick the dogs up from home. Ours just adores it and starts getting excited as soon as he thinks we might be getting ready possibly to go, perhaps.
Kimberly Lohr: Things are looking spooky at Shaggy Pines.💀💀🎃🎃🎃
Julie Hauri-Foster: Lovely leash-free dog park. Membership only, dogs must have all vaccinations & are temperament tested, and regular stool testing required.Restrooms: Available when clubhouse is open. A porta-potty when closed
Katie Belock: My miniature dachshund absolutely loves Shaggy Pines. Walking around the shaded trail enjoying the wildlife or swimming in the pond to cool off. Coming home with a happy and tired pup is priceless.
Kimberly Vincent: What would we, and our furry family member, Odin, do without Shaggy Pines Dog Park?! It is everything we could wish for. Odin needs a LOT of exercise and while we take him on several walks a day, nothing compares to letting him run wild and free off-leash. Shaggy Pines is perfect for both pet and owner - you get a beautiful walk out in nature in all the seasons and your furry friend can run around without you worrying about their safety since it's all fenced in.Odin loves every area of Shaggy and enjoys cooling off in the water during the hot summer days. We appreciate that with being a private dog park, everyone's safety is considered, both pet and owner, and everyone is attentive to their furry animal and uses proper etiquette. Odin himself is very talkative and it's been a joy seeing him connect and make friends with other dogs who match his energy and personality!Shaggy is worth the monthly membership. There is the clubhouse, a place to say hello to others, bathe your pet, or grab a beverage, and they have socials and classes throughout the year as well. I also appreciate that with it being private, no one can enter the gate without a key, so the safety element is reassuring when going there alone, especially in the winter when it's dark at 5:00pm!If you're on the fence (no pun intended!) then hop on over and give Shaggy a try, you won't regret it! ;)
Gregory Oliver: It is great for the pets and the owners.
3rd Coast Images: Great facilities, wonderful owners, this is a standard all private dog parks will be measured against. It's hard to imagine asking for much more than what they set up here. Worth every penny if you value your dog as member of your family.
Elisabeth Winter: Shaggy Pines is a great place for you and your dog(s) to socialize and exercise. It has several large fenced in areas with trails that vary in what they offer your dog from a wooded area with a pond to swim in to an area with wood equipment for your dog to climb on and open fields to do a lot of running and fetching. One of these areas is bound to become your dog's favorite! The staff is responsive and friendly. The clubhouse is a great place to bathe your dogs as well as get some snacks and beverages. In addition, they offer fun events every month to enhance your experience. My friends who have visited with me describe it as a doggy country club. I never joined with my past dogs because I didn't think I would be willing to drive 15-20 min and pay to play with my dog, but it is well-worth the investment. Your dog leaves tired and happy every time!
stephanie byrd: 09-04-2021 visited this absolutely perfect dog park! They have thought of everything. Not just for dogs, but for owners as well. Very well organized. Staff are obviously happy with where they work, they weren’t just knowledgeable, extremely friendly. Honestly, it felt like we already had met many times before. Enjoyed the tour. Got introduced, me and my Maive and Maverick, to everyone we came across and their dogs as well. I love the family feel. We did lots of walking, M&M were able to run free with other polite well mannered dogs in wide open spaces with hills and sand piles and a huge pond that has a fountain and a hose on the side that would spray. There were benches and chairs available, that is where I sat and ate some lunch while they played and explored. We found this one section that was hilly and I just laid down on the grass and looked up at the sky and M&M laid down beside me and we just chilled and cuddled. When we all decided we needed to head home because we had an hour and twenty minute drive we noticed Shaggy Pines even thought of having a spasection for you to clean your dogs before you take them home. All amenities were available, shampoos, conditioners, soaps, towels, tubs that are very big and deep and up high enough so you don’t break your back! As I was leaving I found out they handed out free popcorn! So I took one for the road! I can not even think of one thing to suggest to make this place better than it already is! I just wish I had one closer to me. I guess my suggestion would have to be “Can you expand your business and open one up in Genesee County?”
Roger Rittenhouse: My dog got attacked by a pit bull that the owner allowed in for a friend of hers that was not temperament tested. My vet bills approached $4,000 dollars. Neither the owner of the park nor the owner of the dog ever apologized and wouldn't even respond to my calls. I stopped my membership and so did a half dozen of my friends, several of which were there and witnessed the unprovoked attack.
Brook Baragar: Top to bottom best dog park period! It is extremely well managed. We never worry about our dog getting sick or hurt. Staff and Park goers are extremely welcoming and nice. We can't imagine going anywhere else!
Manpreet Kalkat: My dog loves it!
Tamerlyn Doran: Fun place and great dog owners
Robert Brouwer: Well, I'm not really sure how to review Shaggy Pines. Let's go with a one liner:We could not exist without them.We have a one year old Irish Setter. We go almost every single day. If we do, he's an angel. If we don't... Well, we go almost every single day . They just go so far above and beyond. Our boy has gotten better and better at being social, they throw parties that are a lot of fun, they help train. This place has just become a huge part of our lives. Especially in 2020, we've just loved being members and loved being able to talk to people we don't know too well about dogs and life. Where else can you meet people safely nowadays??In summary lol... This is our second residence and we love it.
Whitney Lassini: Simply THE BEST dog park in West Michigan. All the dogs are vaccinated and temperament tested so you know you will have a fun and safe time with your pups. The walking trails are awesome! I can walk three miles a day with my dogs with no pulling on leashes. We go to the park almost every day and consider everyone there our friends. The staff and the owner truly care about every dog and their person. Luca, Leelu and I really love Shaggy Pines.
Shawn Doran: I was skeptical bringing my 5mo old puppy to a regular dog park so I opted to try this place since it's private. All the dogs are really friendly! I feel comfortable bringing my puppy here. Lots of fenced in space, and really well kept. Bought a membership right away, I was so impressed! Highly recommend
Andrea Bieschke: Excellent xog park
C Elisevich: Shaggy Pines dog park is fantastic!!!!

The Pack Indoor Dog Park, Restaurant and Bar: what do users think?
R: This facility, the employees, and the offerings are all great. Especially when you want to have a drink but also have your dog get their exercise in. They offer decent bar level food, as well. I could write a book, but just sign your dog up and go.
Chris Kaminsky (CriscoDesigns): Great indoor spot to bring your dog, get a drink and some food! The food is really good
James Lott: This place is great. The staff is helpful and friendly, and do a good job at keeping the dogs from getting too unruly. They will watch over your dog as you grab a drink or bite to eat from the bar. You also don't have to worry about your pooch being around dogs without vacations because they check and keep track of that information.
monica downer: Great fun for dogs and people
Alana Eve Slipchuk: It's great to be able to have a beer and hang out with my dog while she's having a great time playing with other dogs. Harper loves going there. Super clean with a friendly warm staff 😊
John Shaler: People here are great! Good food, good drinks, our dog Lola loves it there so much. Always tired when she gets home. We've also met some great people there as well
Stephen Garcia: *YOU WILL LITTERALY SEE YOUR DOG SMILE AT THE PACK!* Our dog always snapped at other dogs, and is not well trained, so we were leary to bring her at first. The staff is so knowledgeable of dog behaviors and they were able to guide Jaunny and give us advice on how to improve her social skills with all the other dogs. We've just had our 5th visit and I've never seen my dog so confident and happy. And while your dog is having a blast you can eat and have drinks at the bar - not just bar food, but really, good food. FANTASTIC WALLEYE. No one is exaggerating about the french fries they serve here. I don't know what they do - so good. Let your dog know how much you love them bring them to the Pack
Angelita Ledesna: Love this place!!! The employees are wonderful. They clearly love dogs. The food is soooooo good!!! It's super clean. It's the best place to take our dog to run and play.
Karen Wirts: I can not say enough about this place! This would have been my DREAM JOB when I was younger!!! I could come and sit everyday and watch and cuddle with all the dogs!!! My 5 month old German shepherd was a bit shy at first and is finally coming around to playing with the other dogs..the staff are all so nice and friendly and they do a WONDERFUL job keeping allThe dogs in line, that is a hard job sometimes and it amazes me at how well they do!! I bring my daughters and they don’t mind sitting in the lounge and still being able to see all the dogs play, they do have some games and things for kids to play with. We haven’t tried a lot of the food but pizza was good though and fries were really good! This is my new FAVORITE PLACE!! Reyna agrees!!
Emily Stapleton: I am posting this review purely to inform potential guests that my 10 month old CavaPoo was attacked by another dog in the play area today. The concept of the Pack is very cool and I think much needed in West MI; however, the space is a total free for all with dogs of all sizes (and I believe more importantly) temperament playing in one area. The staff are very friendly and attentive and I understand that incidents will happen from time to time; however, dogs who repeatedly attempt to attack and don’t listen to other dog’s cues should not be allowed in group play. This particular dog attempted multiple times to attack Rosie and while I and the staff stepped in, they explained that the attacking dog was simply in a “bad mood”. No. This dog isn’t fit for a group play session. If The Pack was more strict on temperament testing and a reasonable size playing area for quieter dogs, it would be a great place to go. The space for small dogs is very small and isn’t visually closed off from the other dogs. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but please be aware that the dogs are all in one space and all temperaments seem to be admitted.
Brian Paul: Great place to let the dogs run around, especially in the winter. The staff are very good about keeping an eye on the dogs and stepping in when they get rough. Keep in mind that you have to provide proof of vaccinations.I did find it odd and a little offputting at first that they require you to take off your dog's collar or harness before going in with the other dogs. That turned out to not be a problem, though. The food/drinks are great as well! Very social atmosphere!Restrooms: Restrooms are single stall private restrooms.
Garth Brown: Great place to bring your pups. Has a bar and food served inside! Indoor/outdoor play area and dedicated staff. Just make sure you have your dogs up to date on their vaccines.Playground: Indoor and outdoor play areas and seating for the adults as well.
Heidi Mc: My dog loves the interaction with the other dogs there. The facility is clean. The workers are great. Definitely a great daycare.
Shelley Senters: Love it! My lab won't leave my side but when we go to the Pack, he about knocks me out of the car trying to get inside. They are so good with dogs! They play with them all day in the daycare program.
John McMahon: Can't wait to have a happy hour here.
Sheila Armstrong: The staff is great, but not a good place to take small passive dogs or puppies. The larger dogs play very aggressively .
Devyn Brouwer: Worth a long drive to take my dog here. The staff is always super friendly and attentive, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the food and drinks are surprisingly very good. My dog and I always have a great time!
Ryan Holowaty: The owners and employees are great and take care of new dogs and regulars. They really speak dog and take care of your dog.
Lara Wadsworth: We had a great experience here! We chose to get the punch card for rainy days and we don’t regret it at all. The staff is very knowledgeable and handle dogs of all kinds very well. We will be returning!
Sam Swart: Only indoor dog park in Michigan!! I wish I had known about this place sooner. Family owned and operated, which leads to a very dedicated staff. They're very attentive and watchful of dog interactions. I love that they require vaccination records...and BEER! My new favorite place to bring my dog.
Hanns Brown: Zion and I love the pack!! All of the staff love the dogs so much, and the food & drinks are amazing. The Pack is super welcoming of all people and all types of dogs, and they take the time to make sure each and every dog has the best experience possible there.

Grand Ravines Dog Park: what do users think?
Ms. Kristy Katcha: I didn't go to the dog park. But what I could tell its a great park. They have a dog washing area, which is very nice. Trails for your dog to run or walk on. It's a great park
J Morgan: First class dog park with miles of dog and people hike trails. Some paved, some not.
Maggie Spoelstra: I LOVE this place!
Hadessah B: This place is huge! Plenty of room to run around as well as multiple fenced areas.
Andries Johannas: I was only near it so no idea and no dog.
Melissa Andrews: Best dog park in West Michigan!
Aaron Kemp: Can get a bit muddy, but to be expected. Still great.
Marcia Beams: I love bringing my dogs to this park. They enjoy it so much and it is a great outlet for them to release their energy. I also enjoy it, by doing a walking meditation.
Demetrius Collette: For the most park the small dog is kept clean from dog poop. The space for the small dogs to play is a great size.
HuertoLaSemilla TV: Beautiful place to experience nature
Lisa Phillips: 21 acres of fenced in walks and separated fields. Plenty of parking, dog water fountain, benches and dog leavings bags. Well kept park. A jewel in the community and its FREE to bring your dog.Playground: There is no playground.Restrooms: Always clean and open during park open hours
Nora Choi: Nice park for the dogs to run in.
Miki: Large dog park both for big and small dogs with a combination of leased and off leash trails. Can be very wet & muddy on the trails but there is a dog wash station and a public restroom with vending machines.
David Meeuwsen: Restrooms: CleanDog-friendliness: Great dog park
Nathan Rinzema: Clean well taken care of park. Friendly atmosphere. Penned in area for dogs to be off leash. Fantastic paved walking paths and dirt trails. Very interesting suspension bridge along the way.
Steven Schuitema: A very nice dog park with some choices for your dog to run. Pretty muddy right now, April, but that's to be expected.
Ana Gonzalez: Coming from San Diego I can say this is a beautiful green space for dogs to run around our dog parks are dry with more dirt then grass plus there is more then one space for them to run around. Dog wash station. Wonderful trails to walk on sidewalk or terrain.
Lauren R: It’s not just a dog park (although it is great if you like dog watching)!!There are miles of trails, ranging from mostly flat to very steep. Though most trails are naturally surfaced (hard packed dirt or grass) the paved walk is long enough that you could get a good walk/bike in without ever leaving it.The lower trails do get a bit muddy in the spring, and when the Grand River is out of its banks the whole lower section by the river is pretty much flooded. If you’re planning on hiking the dirt trails in the spring after a rain, wear boots.
Brian Paul: Awesome dog park with plenty of space. Went there when it was pretty busy (almost the whole parking lot was full) and still had enough space for us to throw the ball for our dog.Nice entryway for the dogs to get unleashed before going in to the big or small dog area. There is even a self serve, pay dog washing station which was great because it was a pretty muddy day.
Jack Flinsky: Great place to get outside, take a nice long hike and get some much needed fresh air!!
Angelina Bertoni: My favorite off leash dog park for hiking in west mi

Cambridge Park: what do users think?
Chris Nicol: Lived across the street for many years and enjoyed taking my kids and dogs to this park. Unfortunately, recently no one is cleaning up after the dogs and ruining it for the rest of us.
Tessa Tariverdi: This is not a completely enclosed dog park.
dagwoodj: This is a great big dog park! Keep in mind though, it's not completely fenced in. There are a couple open entrances along the fence line and the drive way/ parking lot isn't closed off.If your dog tends to run away you're better off going to a fully inclosed park.
Bradley Bosscher: It's a cool little place to be able to take your dog. Nice monumental water tower. Good sledding in the winter, my kid loves it too.Dog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed to socialize.Picnic area: There is a gazebo and picnic tables.
Lisa Hogan: Beautiful park to walk my dog and sit and relax!!!
OrangeandBlack: Great space for dogs. Unstable neighbor who occasionally walks up the hill to yell at dog owners aside, it's a fun park.
Ben Holmes: Always a good sledding hill. Long...not as steep Mulick Park...usually other kids to play with...parents always around and attentive.
Alina S: Pelne dzieci
Chris Noel: Walking my dog through this park on a leash, then some lady let's her two Burmese dogs out her car to come charging at us. I almost had to kick one of them as I tried to stay between the two and my small very nervous dog. I curtly ask the lady to put her dogs on a leash and EVERY SIGN INTO THE PARK DICTATES. She responds 'it's a dog park'. So expect a few nut jobs who don't take responsibility for their dogs. She was indifferent to us, the rules, and to the families with small children in that park. It is a park for walking your dog it is not a dog park, and you are being thoughtless otherwise. From what I hear law enforcement make fairly regular patrols by this park and have issued fines to dog owner flaunting the leash law. Thomas Orlando: Very nice! Beautiful dog park
Barbara Egeler-Bailey: I live directly behind the park, and it is NOT an off-leash park. The rules clearly state dogs must be on a leash. Kent Co. animal control does patrol and fine people who are abusing the park rules.
Juliana Lasky: It's a lovely dog park with a big wide field for dogs to run..
Russ Hopkinson: Dog park
Angelina Bertoni: Best dog park in Alger heights!
Geo Nich: Nice little hidden gem. Just the right size for my son's ultimate frisbee game.
Sheena: Calm, quiet place for a Saturday morning walk. Has a few benches and a covered area with picnic tables.
Ryan Mc: Good open place. It is a nice location to take a little walk.
Josie Wing: A hidden gem in the neighborhood! Great for outdoor yoga, a walk or even your dogs! This is an off leash area for your dog to spend some energy! People are friendly!
Mark Gezon: A nice park .Not to busy or empty
Katie Baxter: Be very very careful if you're anywhere near the parking lot. The various construction vehicles are parked all over, and there is mud everywhere that is very very slippery..
Humberto Albarez: Todo vello

Rockford Dog Park: what do users think?
Angie B: I do love this dog park but there's been some unsavory people there. There was a drunk guy a few days ago and his dog started a fight.
Reylee Jacobs: Best place to take your dogs on walks and the dog park is amazing. Favorite place to take our puppy. And you have to have friendly dogs.
Amanda Culver: A relatively large fenced-in area, but unfortunately not really well maintained: Patchy grass, big patches of mud/dirt. The spicket didn't work and unfortunately previous guests had left litter and had not cleaned up after their pet.Lovely that the City of Rockford offers such a facility, however I hope it is shown a little love in the near future.
Tessa Tariverdi: This park is pleasantly maintained. All dogs & owners are friendly.
Angel Dunn: Nice shady park with two areas for large and small dogs. Water available to fill bowls.
Susan Swan Tagg: Nice shady off leash place for dogs to run and play.Playground: No Public restrooms: No Off-leash dog area: Yes Picnic tables: No Barbecue grills: No …More
kyle rottman: Friendly ppl big park!
Jim DHaem: Nice park but muddy when wet
Car Ride: Nice place to socialize your dog 🐕 (s) 🐕 😉
Beth Skorupski: Lots of Golden Retrievers in the large dog portion when my son and I went with our Goldens. Plenty of running space in this fenced in dog area. A great place to meet other dog owners!
paula favreau: Nice park and setting with river right there also nice paved walking trail.
Travis Kempton: Conveniently located off the white pine trail.
Kevin Teunissen: My dogs love hear.
Melanie Ferris: Didn't go there.
Braden Terpstra: Perfect size!
Katie Patton: So cute.
Jason Y: Pickett Park in Rockford is a small park with 2 dog pens. Its well maintained, simple and the people and dogs are friendly. Good experience.
Haley Adams: This dog park is large and spacious! Most of the dogs visiting here are very respectful to my precious Obie. However, sometimes the water taps do not work, so make sure to bring your own water. This park has a separate area for small dogs as well!
Jill G.: Kind of gross. I'm really surprised how few folks in Rockford are inclined to pick up after their dogs.
Don De Lange: Always have fun with our Doberman here then walk around dam and downtown
Matt Shearer: Well maintained, great views among a wooded trail and the Rogue River, and all owners I've come across are respectful with well mannered dogs.
