Hannah Yoskovich: I have used several other dog walkers/services and A.M.’s is by far the best. A.M. came to meet my dog, Foss, and asked thorough questions about his habits, personality, interests, etc. I told A.M. that Foss isn’t the greatest on a leash, he pulls a lot and is easily distracted. After the first week of walking with A.M. Foss was rarely pulling and his overall behavior when walking had improved.I love that A.M. gives my dog what he needs. For example, some days Foss wants to just run around and play instead of walking. So, A.M. will put him on the long lead and play with him/let him get his zoomed out in our yard. Foss is also a beagle mix and LOVES smelling on walks, so A.M. does not deprive him of getting his sniffs in.A.M. is responsible, communicative, professional, and I would trust him with anything! It truly makes me feel at ease knowing Foss is in A.M.‘s care. Thank you so much for your incredible care and attention you give to Foss everyday!

The focus on gentle kindness, training, and mental stimulation has helped my old boy adjust and become more relaxed.All of this is made better by the automated scheduling / billing, body cam videos and photos uploaded to a customer's Google drive, and daily updates with observations about energy levels, possible health changes, etc.I simply cannot recommend Urban Trotters more highly!

Matt replied immediately and made the process of adding check-ins a breeze. He communicated regularly checking in on the status of her trip. Danyell and Tara, who were the ones checking in on Ollie, were also wonderful. They posted updates after each visit and always included multiple pictures where it was clear Ollie was happy and well cared for. Brian Clark: We have used Pet Agree for awhile now and they have been awesome but recently they were quite literally a life saver! When an extended trip happened unexpectedly they stepped up and have done a phenomenal job. Cant say enough about this company and their loving employees.
Jessica Murphy: Beware!!! We were regulars until recently. This place is run by kids. We used them for our two female labs recently. We hired them to come to our home to care for our dogs for a long weekend and late morning two hours after we left, we we received a text that our “boys” had been fed. They are girls and had just been fed - they were not to be fed until dinner.We always leave towels out to wipe feet before letting them in. Apparently they were not used. We came home to such a muddy mess in our home I can’t even describe it. Like I said, until this event, we were regulars. They miscommunicated internally previously, but never like this. We no longer trust them to take care of our dogs and certainly not inside our home. They don’t have it together and their extremely young staff is not dependable. We have found a couple of other great providers. You may want to skip the frustration on this one and find another source.
Matt Hayes: Diane, Mel and the entire Pet-Agree crew were professional, punctual and most importantly compassionate when handling our dogs. We were half way around the world when one of our dogs had an issue and they handled it as well or better than we would have if we had been home. As a pet owner that is what you really need to hear, they can handle any situation so you can relax with one less thing to worry about.

LENA SCOBY: Gabriella was super accommodating and flexible which was greatly appreciated!! We were saddened to get our dog and her stuff back smelling strongly of smoke. Our dog now has a large amount of green goop coming from her eyes.
Leandro Binuya: I don’t recommend this place. I took my dog for boarding for the thanksgiving weekend. First of all, the drop off process was a bit shady. The house sounded like it was absolutely filled with dogs. Then, when I picked up my dog, the house smelled like weed as soon as they opened the door. I had to wash my poor dog, his bedding and carrier because of the awful smell from staying at this place. I don’t recommend this place and you’re better off paying more money at other sitters or boarding kennels. Thank God I only boarded my dog for a couple of days; I can’t imagine how they actually take care of the dogs.

We are definitely helicopter parents and we worry Non-Stop about who we leave our dog with (she has seizures) and honestly I do not worry with Gabriella.Today our Stevie girl was playing pretty hard in the backyard and got muddy and she even gave her a bath before sending her home!

Daniel Sepanik: This is my second time boarding my dog for over a week here. Gabriella is awesome, she took really good care of my Husky while I was away. She let me pick him up at 11:30 at night right when I got back into town. He got a little dirty playing outside so she even gave him a bath before sending him home! Definitely will come again.

He’s scared of new people but we can tell he truly loves Gabriella and her family.She’s taken him for day visits, overnights, and while we went on vacation.She makes sure he gets his medication, his food, and tons of treats & attention.She’s also great with communication and last minute drop offs.This is truly Poutines home away from home. Exceptional care- collin and his employees walk my dog, 24/7 supervision, nice backyard, other dogs to socialize with her and most importantly she gets to roam free inside and safely outside 24/7, no cage, not left alone. I'm very happy I found this business. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with collin and his employees. My dog always looks forward to collins dog day care and is always pooped when I pick her up.
