Mae: We order delivery from here a bit more than I'm willing to admit, but the pizza is always correct and the delivery drivers are excellent. Made many of our weekends very happy!

N M: Ordered a large 8 item pizza with xtra sauce, and there were maybe only 2 or 3 pieces of each item with hardly any sauce. I see many prior complaints, so this issue is never corrected, and when I called the number for complaints, they said there are always plenty for this location, and they cannot make them fix issues. I don’t want to continually call and give them all my personal info, when they should correct issues within this store in the first place! Years of complaints with no solutions. Never again. Do not leave me a phone number to call in response, rather, please finally get these issues with this store fixed instead, or close it down. This is way below Dominos quality, and not even similar.

Kelsey Taylor: The service at this location has been declining steadily for awhile. You can almost always expect your order to be late, incorrect, or both. Calling the store to get a replacement or refund is like pulling teeth. The tracker is always incorrect. Not at all sure what’s going on at this location.

Metal Stacker: The delivery driver is going to kill someone. On 2/16/22, 8:54pm, the delivery driver just flew past me on 44th and Bretton, at least 80mph. I was doing 50mph, and he passed me like I was standing still. Hire better drivers.

Carly Storrer: Put in an order at 8:45pm, 9:45 comes around and the tracker says it’s delivered but it never was. My husband called and they said they would see if the delivery guy came back to the store. We waited ten more minutes and heard nothing, so finally my husband just drove there. They made us a fresh order for free which we were perfectly happy to wait for and take home. He brought it home and the dough was still raw and a soggy mess. After all that he drove back to the location, which is only three minutes away from our house to begin with, and asked for a refund. He was offered no apology from the store manager, and we were left without dinner at 10:45 at night after both having worked a full day and getting off late.

Went to the store and they were kind enough to remake the order on the fly for free, but I noticed it was limp, soggy, and undercooked when I got home. I went back for the second time for my refund and just gave them the pizza back. They wasted 2.5 hours hours of my time and I'm still hungry at 11pm. I love Dominos but this crew needs help before I'll come back.

Marie Sanders: Best Domino's pizza ever!!! I used to hate Domino's, but now it's one of the first pizza places I'll order from. They have really updated their menu a lot. The staff is very kind. I only have minor issues. The biggest is that the staff doesn't know the menu well. It is extremely hard to place an order over the phone because they don't really know what to do. Maybe it's because they have new items all the time, but it's definitely not a benefit! I ordered one of their new cheesy marinara dip with bread twists. The girl was confused, so I kept verifying that she had gotten that on the order. She said yes, and when my order arrived, it was a tiny cup of marinara, smh! They were so sorry and sent out a bowl right away. I offered to pay, but they comped it and were very apologetic... Long story short- place your order online, and you'll have the best Dominos you've ever tasted 😀

My order came quickly and communication was wonderful.I experienced some delays while ordering during inclement weather recently and even when the location was crazy busy, management was very kind and apologetic for any delays. Would recommend this location!

Stephanie Curnow: The delivery driver was great, she was super sweet and delivery was very fast for a Friday night. The jalapeño and bacon breadsticks were great but the pizza was so bad. I am not the type to complain about things at all. And, I have gotten dominos before and liked it. But there was wayyyy too much sauce and not nearly enough cheese. Every single bite of the pizza was soggy and the only thing you could taste was sauce. Some parts of the pizza had no cheese on it. It looked like someone sprinkled small bits of cheese on a pizza and called it a day.

When we called, the manager gave excuses, not even an “I’m sorry”, and he said there was nothing he, or anyone, could or would do. Had we known you only had one driver, we could have stopped by. Everyone understands staffing challenges, but not caring-is a choice.

Seth McNaughton: New Year's Eve. Ordered 2 pizzas. Friendly staff told me one had to be remade. I didn't ask why. They were ready in 5 minutes. Got home and opened the boxes, one was not what we ordered. They were extremely busy with at least 10 employees working hard. I called and the employee was super helpful and credited us for one pizza. We just picked off the toppings and enjoyed them anyway.

So I drive to the window and they say to me that now is not possible to place a order at the side you need to go in. In top of that the person that take care of me was unable to use my giftcard. Bekah Myslenski: I wish I could give this a a zero star after our last experience and then dealing with customer and then not even taking care of it.We got pizza here on one of our nights we have appointments in gr to take home we had one pizza they completely messed up and added the wrong toppings and forgot others and wasn’t fully cooked. The other pizza was over cooked severely and completely inedible but they got that ones toppings right. It was the worst experience I have ever had then we contact customer service about it and they give us a 10 dollar credit for it as of that made up for the awful experience we had we didn’t even hear from them for weeks… I have never been so disappointed in a visit in my life. Do not recommend this location at all.
