Zachery Palmer: I came in for the first time to get some donuts. Where should I begin… lobby was closed due to being short staffed so I had no choice but to go through the drive thru. The drive thru is extremely small and narrow and it’s super slow so absolutely no chance of getting out once you’re in. There were 2 cars ahead of me and I waited almost 20 minutes for 4 donuts. I finally received my 4 donuts and they were ice cold and definitely not fresh.. I couldn’t even wash them down with a caramel latte because the latte machine was broken. I have absolutely no idea how this location is still in business. Do yourself a favor, and get gas station donuts instead. I can guarantee they will be cheaper and fresher and you won’t have to wait 20 minutes for them.

Evie Shadoff: I decided to swing by the drive through after work to pick up some doughnuts for my grandma. The drive through was very slow, but you never know if the people in front just have big orders. I got up to the speaker and was basically barked at while I placed my order for a half dozen original glazed doughnuts. Another 10ish minutes go by before I get to the window, and the girl in the shop asked "did you have the assorted mix?" And I responded "no, I had the original glazed." There were a few minutes of radio silence while she went inside to figure something out, came back to the window and charged me for my order. A few more minutes and the box is pretty much thrown out the window at me and doesn't acknowledge me at all, just goes back to taking orders. When I finally got home (I live 45 minutes away) I opened the box to see that I was given an assorted mix anyways. So after all of that waiting, $12, and rude treatment, I still didn't even have the doughnuts I came in for. I'm extremely disappointed in my experience here.

Stephenie Young: Slow the last few times we’ve gone (only 2x a year or so). The hot and fresh sign was on today, so we decided to go. Short staffed so only drive thru was open. Long line, but that’s okay. Confirmed when ordering that original glazed would be hot, was told yes. Finally get around to pay, tell the guy we’re excited they’re hot today. Gave him card. He handed back card and box of cold donuts. No hot ones. Frustrating. And not the first time that’s happened (though before they had told us they forgot to turn their sign off). Disappointing.

Craig Young: Second time in a row. The sign is on for hot donuts. Asked at the speaker if they were hot, and they confirmed. Pulled up to the window, and they repeated the order and said hot donuts. They were cold. Not even luke warm. I'm done trying here. Turn off your sign if you are pulling from a rack. (Saw them do it) Your donuts are only good hot. Stop lying to your customers.

UrbanReview: The donuts are smaller now and the price went up! It cost me $17 for a dozen! The drive thru cashier lady was nice though and patient with me. I miss the old size it felt like I was eating donut holes.

So we called the location again to verify if they will still be open for sure and they said "yes". So we made an online order to make it easier when we come back. We went to the drive-thru to get our order because their doors were locked, they didn't even speak with us to tell us that they're closed for the night and how we can get a refund.

The place was quiet when we arrived, but while we were enjoying our sweet snacks there was a nice steady stream of customers. The shop is a nice place to hang out for a bit. I like the big variety of donuts. Be sure to bring your best food behavior, or else you will find yourself enjoying far too many donuts.
