Emily Rule: Based on good reviews, I scheduled my test with Joe and...no, just, no. He was so rude and impatient, even before the test began. He really knows how to make a person feel horrible and I didn't even fail. Can't imagine how those who fail get treated. Only giving one star solely because I passed. Don't go here.
Jordyn Lesky: I had joe I understand I accidentally went though a red light and would fail for that. But every time I would stop at a red light behind a car or at a red light he would always write down and said one of the reasons of why I failed was because “it didn’t look like you were aware of what was in front of you or what was happening” “and were like Oooo oh no I gotta stop now quick ” mocking like and I never stopped last minute like how he made it seem like I did. And also said I didn’t check my mirrors and blind spots but I did and every time I looked over at the other mirror to check he was always just looking ahead with his foot on the pedal. He also said he failed me because I didn’t go the speed limit when I did I just went up to it slowly instead of just pressing hard on the gas

alaina smith: awful experience. instructors here are very rude, judgey, and impatient. rude even before the test started. they don’t say anything to you the whole time and scoff and roll their eyes when you do something “wrong” ie: in my situation i pulled up in front of a car when turning right onto a road. the car was well behind me. i was fine. and he scoffed and rolled his eyes. they rlly are just out to get your money. wont even give you a chance, are rude when you ask questions such as asking if this where you turn when they say to turn.. like i’m just making sure dude. you say to turn right up here, 50 feet away from where i’m supposed to turn and when i ask to make sure you’re rude about it? weird. they will try to find any reason to fail you. if you’re going to take your test here.. make sure to go 5-10 miles under the speed limit at all times. because going the speed limit- going 5 miles under is too fast. don’t waste your time or money.
Keith Bishop: Please avoid this company with all your abilities. If there is a more rude person than the instructor Danita, I haven't met them. Danita was extremely unpleasant first to myself, and then to my son. I knew we were in trouble when she refused to even shake my sons hand and held her hand up to silence him when he began to introduce himself. She screamed at him and insulted him while he was performing his test, creating a dangerous situation on the road. I would think that someone who makes a living in this field would have more self control. My son ultimately failed the test, which is fine. It begs the question, however, would he have passed if she hadn't done everything in her power to nerve him up. I am not normally a person who would write a negative review, only positive reviews. If this reveiw keeps even a single child from receiving the treatment that my son recieved from this heinous person, it will have been worth the time.

Toni Miller: Worst customer service ever. They canceled while I was driving to the test and made no effort to reschedule before my daughter's birthday. Wouldn't even try. Then when I was upset sent me an email saying she can never test with them. And no I didn't use a single cuss word or call thee lady any names I just demanded that they fix the problem. Horrible.
Kristi Jachim: My Son drove with Jim Harrington, super nice guy I think I was more nervous then my son was lol..Jim reassured me everything was OK and that he has done this quite a few time, told me to get a Coffee and relax while they did there thing 😊..All thought my son did not pass the 1st time around Jim gave him some great constructive feedback to help him come back and get on the right track..Thank you Jim for putting both myself and my son at ease in a stressful time for us!!
Ender: The driving instructor was extremely rude and ended my test early. He didn’t say hello at all and refused to speak to me the entire drive. They just want your money.

Aunya Applebee: I’ve taken my drivers test two times now with Joe Fortier as much instructor both times, I failed the first time because of my own mistakes of course, but my driving instructor was nothing but kind and understanding the whole time (both times) he helped me to understand what to work on without making me feel stupid like others have.

Jim Valykeo: I dont know who did it but someone fixed the secretary of state office. I made an appointment on line wednesday morning around 10. Appointment was at 11. In and out in 10 minutes. I think Trump fixed it.👍

Shannon Schultz: Disrespectful staff. First person I spoke to was very rude. Then while I was standing on the blue carpet waiting, since it was supposed to be priority, and I got skipped. Then five staff were standing infront of the copy machine just hanging out. When I finally go back up to the counter, once again the staff are just hanging out and talking among themselves. I am not sure how it is acceptable that they are having side conversations about random things while they are servicing customers. Instead they should have conversations with customers instead of ignoring them. I am very frustrated with the unprofessionalism and absolute disrespectful. The Hudsonville location is much more friendly. Oh and they are not very knowledgeable, since when they took my picture for my ID they asked me if my picture was okay ehen you could not see my eyes due to a glare. I was also disappointed I could not write a review for the poor customer service other than Google. Hopefully, upper management reads this. I went on 11/7/22 @12pm.
steven prevost: Great experience today having changes made to my ID and car title. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and patiently answered all of my questions.Setting an appointment online is a pain but once here, everything moved along smoothly.
