Drew Walbeck: What an utter waste of time this place was. I went in for a routine drug screen earlier today. I showed my paperwork to the receptionist who took one look at it and clearly had no idea what to do. She called the physician over, who also had no idea what to do. He kept saying the paperwork was wrong and giving me excuses why he couldn't be bothered to do his job. He told me "the paperwork needs to have a barcode", so I showed him the barcode number on the paperwork, he doesn't care. "I need to know where to send the results to" he says, so I show him the 'please fax test results to this number' part of the paperwork, he doesn't care. Every time he comes up with a new excuse the receptionist chuckles, because apparently some people find their own incompetence amusing? Anyways, long story short, I took the exact same paperwork to another place 3 miles down the road and was in and out in 20 minutes. If I could give 0 stars, I would. It boggles the mind how this place is still open for business.
