Mark knight: I bought a Snowman rear plow for my SUV for personal use at Arista. I booked the install date; dropped it off in the morning and they had it done by the end of the day. I am new to plows & hydraulics, so i wish there was more 1on 1 time to go over how it works, operates and specific scenarios like the height i should keep it at under tow etc.My third use in, I came out to the garage and had a puddle of blue hydraulic fluid on the floor. After further investigation i had some loose hose connections and because of a design/install oversight i had a hole in the line. I do want the emphasize that the Service Manager Isaac went out of his way to ensure i was taken care of and even answered my email concern during the weekend and off hours. By Monday i was fixed up and back on the road. Great service and treating people right is what will keep people coming back and I will refer people to you for it. I have had alot of interest from guys at work interested in a setup to use at home. Thanks guys!

I probably won't return cause they are not prepared. I understand customers are priority I am a customer too.

Chrouch Mecosta: I'm a bit frustrated with my latest experience. My plow install took longer than I was promised to install requiring me to rearrange plans. While I understand things can happen during installation that require additional time to complete, the scratch and scuff marks on the side of my first new truck in 16 years leaves me very irritated.I was also informed when I picked up my truck that the harness included by GM for the plow package option requires dealership installation. In talking with the dealership, they have NEVER had to install one of those since it is an integrated part of the plow system wiring that keeps the battery voltage constant while the plow is in use and is only installed when a plow is added to the truck. Normally by the plow upfitter. In looking over the Western bulletin on the harness, it says nothing about the dealership needing to install it and from the diagrams it appears to go in-line with the plow wiring.The people are friendly, but I'm seriously questioning their abilities and will be looking elsewhere for my equipment from now on.

Well got a photo of the truck with hood up at dealer with no EGR . I had no clue what it was and now I know. No shop will look at my truck with it deleted here I sit with tow Bill's and stranded. Do not recomend them to anyone as how the manager treated me.

Ronneak Garfield: I bought the truck from this location at time of purchase I told him I felt a shake in the front and they are formed me that it was tires I go buy tires and it did not fix the problem I take it to a shop it was $4500 worth of damage this place did not want to fix it I took a loss because they said it as is (truck a week old tops )I had a $4500. so now same truck I go to get my oil change they were the last ones to do the oil change stripped out the drain plug again now the shop do not want to fix this is my first semi truck I made the biggest mistake of my life going to the dealership and if anyone is out here starting a business or looking for a truck please do not go to this location you will be sorry like me true You will feel like they’ll do everything for you it to you by the truck

We got a call wedsday morning and was told it would be ready at 12 noon. So we came here and we have been waiting for almost four hours. I feel like we will be lucky if we get out of here by five pm. Some places should be up front and tell you if they can fix it or not. the least they told have just called me when it was fixed. Don't make people come sit in the waiting room all day?
