I guess the ones that have been rating this place have no other place to do business because I would not do business with these people if I had to. I called to get a simple answer to a question and was hung up on by some inadequate employee and then called back and talked to a manager that was just as useless as the employee that he was supposed to be in charge of. I may be picky but when I spend money with someone I deserve better than this place I don't know how they stay in business with the rude treatment I got. Take my advice find a decent business to spend your money with.

It’s Halloween so my wife had her nails done for the holiday. For whatever reason, one of these woman called and complained about them. In what world do u care what’s on someone’s nails? Should you be more concerned with the business u run? How did she hurt or effect ur life negatively in anyway? If it bothered u so much to the point u had to complain AFTER you left, why did u stay? Now she can’t work, so I’llMake sure my mothers and her mothers and every single person we know in health care homes and hospice know that you don’t care about them, u care about a waitresses nails while ur in a client meeting with someone else.!!

Heritage Life Story failed to record the funeral. The explanation for this failure was unprofessional and poorly conveyed to my loved ones who were devastated.

Kara Wesorick: My mom passed away unexpectedly at home May 26, 2020. It was an awful thing. We called Heritage Life Story Funeral Home the night she passed away. Scott came in the house and told us exactly what to do because we were lost about how any of this works and we were also so deeply sad. It was very difficult for my dad and I to even get our minds together at all. He helped us every step of the way. It was just amazing how great he was. Everything worked out very well, even with the pandemic we are in. Scott was very good at making sure only ten people were allowed in at a time during the viewing and the funeral home has hand sanitizer available everywhere and it's very clean. He also comforted us, especially my dad when he was sitting next to my mom's casket during the viewing. They did an excellent job on her appearance as well. Scott kept up with me on emails regarding her life story for her obituary site and he made us feel very comfortable. He also did the ceremony speaking at her funeral. It was beautiful. He worked with us very well on pricing. Never once did he try to upcharge us. The panel they made of my mom is just beautiful and so is the obituary site. Even after the funeral when we went to pick up the death certificates, Scott told my dad not to hesitate on calling him if he needs someone to talk to. They also included thank you notes that we could sent to people and bookmarks with my mom on them and her obituary. Words can't express how thankful we are that we found Heritage Life Story Funeral Home and Scott.Thank you so much.
