Tiff CMar: Everything seems Great from the outside looking in! However, some of these foremans aren't giving their crews any type of breaks on these wicked hot days!! I understand Michigan federal law doesn't require employers to give breaks, but if you've got 20 guys per crew, working outside in the heat and sun ALL DAY, don't you think they need some type of hydration/cool down!? Not Impressed!!!!

Ashley Gosselin: UPDATE: Today the workers came to fix the damage. They apologize for the damage and gave a gift card as well. I may get upset quickly, but I also forgive quicker. I appreciate the company for making it right. Goes a long way in my book! Switching them from 1 star to 4 for the correction. It was appreciatedDykema excavators have been prepping the lot next to our home. On 3 separate occasions they dug up our sod and broke our sprinkler. We let it go the first two time and fixed it and replaced it at our own cost. The third time I decided I was pretty angry about it so I called. Waited a few weeks and my message never was returned. Finally I got a call a week ago and they said they would be out on Monday and that they would check it out and fix whatever needed to be fixed. Here we are and tomorrow will be Friday and they never showed up. DON’T let them near your home!

Travis Scales: We live in a subdivision NEXT to an area where Dykema is doing work. Our neighborhood is private and gated. Dykema decided they would take it upon themselves to CUT the lock on our gate TWO DIFFERENT TIMES so they could get move traffic around where they were working. We were informed prior to the project that our (private) neighborhood would never be impacted and that they would maintain one lane open on the street where they were working. After they cut it the first time we got very upset and their PM promised this wouldn't happen again. Well, it did happen again, and the workers seemed aggravated with us when we showed our displeasure around them ruining our lock and chain. Incredibly unprofessional.
