Mike Marshall: A family member recently purchased an older home in the Grand Rapids area. Although the home passed the inspection, there were many issues that were unsafe and needed to be addressed by a professional. Being an owner of an out of state electrical contracting company, I found Webb Electric through a recommendation from a local electrical wholesaler. Some of the many issues that were fixed included: installed new 150 amp service, raised overhead power line, installed circuit breaker panel, installed GFI outlets, installed new circuits for clothes dryer and water heater, installed smoke detectors, rewired and installed new lighting in the garage. When they finished, it was a complete transformation and a much safer house from top to bottom. Rachel Pohlman: My husband and I recently closed on our new home at the end of 2022 and knew we needed some safety fixes and upgrades to our electrical panel. We contacted Webb electric and Brad came out the next day to quote the work. In only a couple weeks, we had the work quoted for a much more reasonable price than other quotes we had received and had Brad and Ray out to the house to complete the job. They did great work and cleaned up the area nicely afterwards. During the day they installed our new electrical panel and grounding, they also installed a four way switch on our landing, a gfci plug in our bathroom, and capped a not live but open wire under our stairs. Again, all this work for a much more reasonable price than their competitors. Brad and Ray were very knowledgeable and even took time after installation to walk through the house with me and discuss the ins and outs of other potential future projects I am planning. Thank you for the great work. We plan to use their services again.

James Finazzo: Your search for the best electrician around ends here! I was having some trouble with my home's electric, last replaced in the 1960s. After having "the big guy" company come out and give me an outrageous quote, I did some research and found glowing reviews for Brad across the internet. He came out and explained what needed to be done, what could be done, and what was unnecessary. He was straight to the point and professional, and I felt like I knew exactly what was needed.After everything was agreed, he came out that same week and the job was done in a day. Everything works great, and I'm completely happy with the work. When the inspector came out to OK the job, he said Brad always does good work and makes his job easy. So, if you don't take my word for it, take the county electrical inspector's!I can't recommend Webb Electric enough! Robert Grotans: I used their services a number of years ago and after buying a new house with a ton of electrical problems that I found after removing the drop ceiling in my basement, I decided to contact Brad again. He came out the next day and quickly diagnosed everything, as well as took notes on a few additional things I wanted done. He provided a quote that same day and Ray and him got to work the following day. I was impressed with the overall speed and attention to detail. They installed a new electrical panel in my basement and rewired almost everything to make it look so much more cleaner for my open ceiling concept that I was going for. They even fixed a few additional problems that I'm not sure were exactly quoted. Brad also saw my pool area and commented on a few things that he was concerned about which I should get done as soon as possible, but just let me know to call whenever I'm ready. Timothy Hirschberg: I highly recommend Webb Electric! I noticed that two of my basement outlets were tripping a ground fault, and they had a technician out the same day. He found that one outlet was wired backwards, and another wasn’t grounded at all. He also noticed that we had only one surge protector for my expensive computer and recommended a whole house surge protector, which for $200 was a no brained decision. He also noted that Service Professor (HATE that company) did a terrible job when they installed our new electrical panel years ago.I was very pleased with how prompt Webb was, their competitive pricing, and rapid turnaround on the work they performed. Anthony Riley: Eco Electric saved me thousands of dollars, quickly and professionally.I had 2 other electricians out to give me quotes of $3800 and $3600 that claimed I needed to upgrade my electrical box and do more work inside my home wired out to my garage where my box is. Eco took the extra moment to open my box, inspect the wiring, and find I had plenty of room for up to 32 Amps for an electric car charger to be used. They were thourough and informative, quick to schedule me and the work was done fast and satisfactory in an hour for $450. Couldn't be happier. I got a handwritten thank you card in the mail after to top it off. Great company.

Roger Johnson: Management at this company needs to educate their drivers on safe driving. One of their vans nearly caused a wreck on US-131 south of Cadillac, MI on 3/6/20 @ 5:29pm by driving erratically. Driving 85+ mph and on their phone! Ridiculous. Slow down and put your phone away! Not only is it against the law, but it is also incredibly irresponsible and dangerous to be texting and driving!

Haylee Arnett: I was deeply disappointed in the service I received from Kleyn. My husband and I needed someone to look at some electrical issues caused after we tried replacing some switches. The electrician was in our house for less than an hour and swiftly left telling me "I have a service call I need to get to" and "I don't know what's wrong, call the people you used last time." This person left with only fixing one small issue, leaving the rest untouched and honestly, unlooked at. Today we had a different company come in for the fix, and they fixed it in 15 min.
