J D: Zero stars. This is the only site to (attempt to) purchase tickets to Meijer Gardens. In previous years, I have never been able to purchase pre-sale member tickets to more than one concert using my iPad. Had to re-start the entire process. Those of you that attempt to purchase Meijer Garden tickets know what a stressful experience this ALWAYS is. This year I was ready, or so I thought.Logged on to Star Tickets and made sure I had my account info up to date and credit card info entered. Finger hovering above the “purchase tickets” option, alarm goes off at 9:00 a.m. and I begin the process. I am immediately logged out and cannot re-enter the Star Tickets site. My session has “expired”. Repeatedly. Finally tried another computer and by 9:05 all the tickets to the concerts we wanted were sold out. What?!?!?!I never thought I’d say this, but I’d rather pay the fees at Ticketmaster than have to go through this with Star Tickets again. I guess Meijer Gardens doesn’t really want to make their concerts available to their members or they’d switch their purchase policy to fewer than 8 tickets at a time and switch to a different ticket agent. Loyal members cannot compete with mass purchasers who buy out tickets in order to re-sell at exorbitant profits.

Kris Nylaan: Awful - I am not a Robot screen is not affective and does not need to be done at every ticket entry. Time remaining and session ending are not accurate. Nothing worked and we missed out on tickets during each attempt to order.

Joseph Zorwick: Great venue! I broke my ankle a couple weeks prior to Clutch, they provided my group and I to reserved seating on short notice and at no additional cost. Staff and bartenders were great. All in all it was an awesome experience.

Troy simmer: Very nice venue. On the smaller side which I personally like. Every seat is a good seat. Staff are nice and professional. Never had any issues here. I've been multiple times and I'm sure I'll be back again.

Extra shout out to security who warned us on the rail that it would be extra wild and offered to pull us out if we needed it. They also quickly and efficiently responded to a situation with an especially feral drunk dude.

Chelsea Kraus: Great smaller venue. Bathrooms upstairs are my only hitch. Arrived an hour early and got in on time and quick. Have been to other events here as well and there's some chill spots on the second floor. Have sat in balcony for a show and those were also excellent spots. Not a bad seat in the place.

Ashlee Ferguson: Another great night spent at 20 Monroe. Great, QUICK bar service with a nice pour. Great comedy show!
