They aren't interested in my well-being so I will not be returning. I don't like leaving bad reviews at all so I dislike doing this. Dr. Laurie is great but I would look elsewhere if you want therapy.

P Fair: I do not recommend. The billing department is shady. They tried to bamboozle me and say I need to pay a co pay when the whole time both my insurances fully cover services. I can only imagine how many people are paying out of pocket for payments they don't have to. And this is an error I caught, not them. They finally admitted that I wouldn't have to pay a copay or anything after I called them out after them insisting I would be charged initially. Any place with under a 4.0 rating is red flag anyway. It's sad how they take advantage of vulnerable people in need seeking therapy.It's really like this. If your insurance or insurances cover 100% of the costs. They still won't be satisfied and bill you personally an additional $20 or so for you to pay out of pocket. Just another way for them to make money and not want things to be easy for their clients financially. Sure, if you call them out on it and threaten to cancel services they'll correct it and say you don't have to pay anything but that's something we should not have to do or everyone would know to do.
