Dj *: When we were served our food my daughter's chicken sandwich had hair all over the sandwich. ( The kitchen staff didn't have hair nets on & the waitress walked all over the kitchen as well with no hair nets while in the kitchen). So 2 out of 3 of us had lunch while we had to wait for the sandwich to be remade. We had to ask for a refill on drinks when clearly the waitress could see we had nothing in our glasses every time she walked by. When I got the bill the waitress never offered to take the sandwich off or maybe give it a discount needless to say it will be a very long time before I go back.

Melissa Morgan: We are traveling from Missouri. I always try to find the hole in the wall places. This place nailed it! My kids loved the biscuits and gravy. The omelette I got was the best I have had. Literally like straight out of grandma's kitchen. For sure will return when we come to visit.

Julia Iveson: Black Water Siren was a great choice! Loved the food! Fish Rueben is delicious! Regular fish sandwich was great with beans and rice. Juan was our server and he was very knowledgeable and very helpful describing all of the meal choices. He was very attentive throughout our time there. Clam chowder was delicious! Ruth Chaffee: Nothing like real Southwest food. Service was also terrible. My waitress took my appetizer and drink order and never came back to check on me or even take my dinner entree order. Margarita was too sugary, too much margarita mix.

L W: We are happy with our choice to try Sundance Grill and Bar for dinner last night. We chose to sit outside and that did not disappoint! We tried the mimosa flight and they were tasty. The wet burrito and breakfast quesidilla were also good choices.
Bev & Jim Farrell: With reservations at 5:30 on a Tuesday night, we're seated right away and then waited almost 1.5 hours for our tacos ( at least 15 min for drinks alone with next to no one at the bar). Restaurant was severely understaffed for a night when the theater was running. Staff was doing the best they could. Management issue. Food was ok - but had to eat in 10 min due to unbelievably long wait in order to make our show. Have eaten at other Sundance Grill locations where food was very good and service excellent. Would not recommend going here before a show - even if you make reservations. Big disappointment...

Lilly Baker: I've been here both for weekend brunch and weekday lunch and have really enjoyed it both times. They had some good brunch drinks and I really like the hatch chili skillet with scrambled eggs. It's pretty reasonable priced and they have a pretty large space. The weekday lunch was pretty empty, but for weekend brunch it was pretty busy, so you might have to wait a little bit for a table.

Tessa Maddox: We got breakfast here one morning, and it was so yummy that we went back the next morning! I got the huevos wet burrito and the next time the breakfast quesadilla. I can't decide which I liked better! The portions are pretty large, you definitely get what you pay for and more. We will definitely return if we come back to Grand Rapids.

This place did NOT disappoint!We obviously had to try the Anna’s Roll and it was ALOT bigger than expected. We took about half home. If you got a group of 4 it’s perfect.I had the hangover omelet and my fiancée had the hangover skillet and both we absolutely wonderful. We were able to sub French toast for her and it was delicious! I had a biscuit with a side of sausage gravy. Very good but a bit peppery.Last but certainly not least is the orange juice. It had a great flavor but I do wish it wasn’t so foamy. My glass was majority of just foam and for the price I do feel like it could have been a better texture since it was fresh juice.
