Nate Ertle: I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Employees are helpful when shipping odd sizes and this location never has much of a wait.

Jennifer Garcia: Delivered my 2 twin mattresses to a neighbors house. (2 days ago) Thankfully she was kind and honest enough to find my phone number and call me. Then today I get a text the rest of my order was delivered and I so happened to see the driver chased him down and he said he brought it to the other house again. A $300 package. This is ridiculous I put a contact number for a reason and he never once called to say he couldn't find the right address. And to top it off I'm still missing another package..

Quest Fitness: The delivery driver pulled up with my package marked it as delivered and then drove off with it. And now the package is missing. This is the third time in three months that FedEx has lost one of my packages.
A H: If I could give no stars I would.I receive packages from all over the country on a daily basis. I am a freeze dry artist. I caution my clients to not use Fedex, because this has been my experience over the past 9 years.Most of my packages incoming are on dry ice and are time sensitive. My clients spend hundreds of dollars to ensure that the package is delivered the next day.At least twice, sometimes three times a year Fedex will deliver my package to my next door neighbor. Sometimes they will deliver it to a neighbor 3 houses down. Today they did not deliver at all - a package coming from Louisiana on dry ice overnight express. They claimed they could not access my house because of a gate. I do not have a gate. The neighbor (who they deliver to often by mistake) has a gate. My client was understandably upset and called fedex. He was not able to even speak with a manager, just told to call back in the morning. Oh, and no refunds because of Covid. Unreal.The problem with fedex is that they are independently owned and managed. Drivers are sub contracted, so there is a high turnover.However, I have a standing permanent note on my address file with explicit instructions for the driver so they can avoid this issue that only Fedex seems to have. No one else, mind you. Not only do I have this note on my file, but I have a linked Fedex account so the driver could, oh, I don’t know - call me?? Email me?This is why I tell everyone do not ship with fedex. They can’t get it right, they won’t make it right, and apparently they are still using Covid as an excuse to keep customers money when they fail and fail again.

Candice Durham: This review is not specific to this distribution center but on FedEx as a company. They don’t slow reviews for the company as a whole, likely because they want to look like a great company. Truth is I had two of your employees lie to me about a package being delivered today resulting in me not receiving this package today which was really important containing medical supplies for my son. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with your company over this. It’s your job as a company to make sure your employees know your policy so that us customers are not lied to. I would never recommend your company to anyone and really disappointed that your company is the one the medical company uses.

Avery Jones: I paid for overnight and it was never delived to my address. After hours looking for it, it's at some shipping place. Customer service tracked it down and is contacting the driver. They are just lazy.

Karlie Cardwell: i got the shipping detail on april 1st, my package didn’t move until april 6thto the shipping center THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE now it’s saying my package won’t arrive until the 10th. i’ve never had so many problems with shipping. i paid for 2 day shipping so i would like a refund for that. i called twice and both times they put me on mute so they didn’t have to talk to me.

Neal Fryling: FedEx did kindly explain that they cannot ship a pancake air compressor… it’s too dangerous, but I can take time during the weekdays and go to their hub location where such dangerous items can be properly handled… FYI there is no hazmat danger for empty (unpressurized air) containers… I did attempt to explain that when unpressurized and when the air relief valve is open, there is zero hazardous potential… Their lack of intelligence is astonishing, but they friendly attitude is welcome. FedEx has earned both of their stars, but be warned that there may be no limits to their total incompetence. The reasoning they provided… the compressor has a warning label on it…. wear eye protection
David Nichelson: Order was out for delivery then got delayed, on the expected delivery day they said it would still arrive on time, I checked at 6:50pm and it still said on time... then suddenly said delayed, they need to do better on updating their tracking
Jake Fales: Gretchen's customer service is remarkable! I visited this FedEx location to print and mail several documents. After failed attempts due to horrible customer service at PakMail and The UPS Store, Gretchen was a breath of fresh air—wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. She answered my questions about using the on-site workstations for printing and helped me get everything in the mail. I will return to this location in the future because Gretchen made the entire experience welcoming, seamless, and incredibly simple. Thank you so much!
Chad Cramer: I arrived with 20 mins left before overnight delivery left. Gretchen was amazing helped me through whole process with my shipping needs and got me outta there in time to be shipped that night. She literally saved me big. Thank you Gretchen!

John VanDyke: Always have great service at this FedEx location. I’ve always been in and out within a few minutes and they validate parking (when the gate is down anyways) so it makes it very convenient.
Jennifer Sutherby: I needed a last minute - need it for 200 people coming from out of town - program job. After emailing the file and calling the store, Jenny was able to print them first thing in the morning (after a few other jobs that were scheduled ahead) and get them to me by 1pm for the 2pm event. While expensive, it was worth it for her service. Because of this service, I came back with two more jobs in October for my son's football team. Polly helped me with those. I always have a good experience with this office and I really appreciate everyone at the GR location!

Emily Lautenbach: I had a number of things to do at FedEx today. I had some returns to drop off, some paperwork to ship, a box to ship, and some found paperwork that needed shredding. I went to FedEx expecting a normal experience. Drop it off, pay some money, be on my way. But, today’s experience was different because I had the pleasure of interacting with Polly. Polly was a delight. Not only was she super efficient, she was also super friendly. She gave me a handy tip that we could reschedule a delivery if we didn’t think we’d be home. I told her there was a doorman who collects the packages, so we probably wouldn’t need that. Polly seemed genuinely happy that there was that little bit of convenience in the receiver’s life. I also think she genuinely wanted me to have a nice day when she told me to have a nice day. She was so genuine and pleasant, she turned this mundane errand into something very pleasant. Highly recommend looking for Polly when you need help with shipping or other FedEx-y things. She was so lovely and really brightened my day!

Tatiana Marzan: Abysmal!! Had to go all around the block, checking every front porch for my delivery on a stormy day, found the package on the other end of the block!! FYI, my house has the number clearly written on the front door in LARGE letters. The customer service phone number is a dead end, if the website tracking page says the package was delivered, it's gonna say the same. Couldn't even get a representative. Two hours on a weekday which I'm not getting back.This is the THIRD time they messed it up. I have nothing against the office staff, it's always the delivery/pick-up person who messes it up. Fedex should at least check if the delivery person has COMMON SENSE before they hire them.
chevoy parson: Wasted two hours at this location making a custom business card that didn’t save due to a program error. The manager couldn’t care less! Traveled across town to Staples where an associate designed and printed my cards in less than 10 minutes for half the cost that I would have paid at FedEx.
