gunnar deleon: So much more professional and kind than the grand rapids location. Where the other location was snippy and rude about me even just walking in for a scheduled appointment, and wouldn't see me or help me figure out how to fix the problem I had there. When there was the exact same issue he actually helped me figure it out and got me seen. I was having a bad day that day and his kind and positive attitude made my day a little better.

Gail Ohnsman: Scheduled appointment was delayed by recurrent "IT" problems which slowed everything down after each client, not reassuring for a business involved in national security (TSA precheck) and ID security. Staff pleasant and updated each client on delay issues when they arrived. Left his speaker phone on when talking with IT advisor
