Ryan Fordan: I arrived right on time for my 6:00 a.m. Got a door right away unloaded quickly within an hour.Staff was very courteous.Plenty of overnight parking. No restrooms on site.

Robert Lavergne: 1200 appt, didn't start unloading until after 1330,5 pallets. Unloading was finished before 1400. Still waiting on paperwork 3 hours after the appt. Seems to be the theme of this warehouse. There is no sense in this. I understand a breakdown and count but 3 hours and counting for 5 pallets? How about y'all stop apologizing and actually fix the problem.Apologies don't make up for lost time and money sitting in the dock door.
next: Usually I came here on weekly basis for a long time. Yes sometimes is busy here and docks are full, I can understand that. But today the lady from the back corner computer told me; I can't check In any more one hour prior to my appointment starting today, she makes me wait. The place is pretty empty today and you can see people outside hanging out. I have 4 pallets only. They have some new people in the dock office, in last few weeks is getting worse by day. I do delivery to other facilities but this one is getting little out of hand...The lady at the front office desk, she is very polite, she deserves 5 stars 🌟...
Kerry Bates: 6:00 appointment, out by 8:00. Good job. Would've given a 5 star but just can't. Reason being, seriously, NO RESTROOMS ! just can't figure out how a company can charge $510.00 and can't even put out a Porta potty for the outside drivers. Other than that, overnight parking is a plus.
Brian Steinway: You would think the food service company charging the highest prices would offer the best service....not so much. Their drivers and transportation department are garbage and it doesn't matter how much you complain, nothing changes.

Joshua “Overload” Mayer: I had an appointment for 9:00 checked in at 7:30 and was put in a door immediately. That was great however I sat there until almost 1:00 p.m. waiting for paperwork for over an hour and a half.The gentleman at the window was really nice when I checked in a day too early and when I checked in the day of my appointment. Which that was my fault I misread my appointment date. Nonetheless I had a positive experience minus the wait time.

Christopher Nankivil: Won’t let you check in more than 30 mins before dock time. Unload quickly, less than 30 mins. Wait well over 2 hours just to get paperwork. Avoid this place if you can.

Kenneth Kidulas: They need more employees. IDK if it is pay rate or management, but something needs to change. I know plenty of printers who are looking for new suppliers. You have an order window from 8am-8:45am (possibly sooner) and its still not guaranteed to ship that day. It's been like this for months.

Erica Schaefer: Just opened up an account as we are planning to switch to One Stop for our business. The customer services person was kind however really struggled to get me an account. I explained to her at least 3 times that she put our business name in wrong and it still is not correct. Talked to the receptionist about the wrong name and she said I would have to call. Who wants to call?!?!? Also person starting our account did not know how to use the program so I had to explain to her to take the dashes out of the phone number to save it and many other things. Would have been way faster and easier to do it myself. Final thing the grab and go that we ordered today was incorrect. Got a tank instead of a T-shirt. Also ordered a hoodie and didn’t know the sleeves were a different color. Was told that I couldn’t exchange the hoodie because 45 minutes is not enough time to switch them out?!?!? Decided then to return the hoodie and the receptionist wasn’t going to tell me there was a restocking fee, I saw it on the computer and asked about it. I felt If I am having a restocking fee then I should charge a fee for not stocking my first order correctly...
Linda V: I used to love coming into One Stop, the girl up front was always friendly and helpful, and new who I was so she had my paperwork ready when I walked in the door. Now, the new receptionist is awful! She’s ALWAYS whining and complaining and I asked her if she’d help me do a return, her response was “I don’t know how to do that, you’ll have to do that online” umm isn’t that part of your job? I’ve been in a handful of times since she’s taken over and things have happened each time so it’s not like she was just having an off day. Also, stop the dancing and wiggling around, and sighing when the phone rings, it’s very unprofessional, and makes customers who are up there feel awkward!
brett durkee: The website is always down when you go to place an order. Been like this for a couple years now. I am working with the service department to figure out the issue. Will update. Great people and apparel just very frustrating to have to call. Then when you call they acted like it was not a big deal. They told me to download a different internet browser. Did that. It didn't work.

Jodi Flavell: I ordered my cabinets 24 weeks ago and at that time they said it would be 8-12 weeks. Cabinets still have not arrived. They are able to give no updates as to when they may arrive. They claim the cabinets are complete but have no idea if they are still at the manufacturer or in transit. By this time I have no faith they are actually going to deliver the cabinets I have already put a large deposit on.
Tommy Wilson: Bill is great to work with. I have had a few items I needed to return and the process was smooth. I was sent some wrong brackets a few times and they ran the new brackets out to me the same day. Great company!
