Ryan Fordan: I arrived right on time for my 6:00 a.m. Got a door right away unloaded quickly within an hour.Staff was very courteous.Plenty of overnight parking. No restrooms on site.
Amuzzur Izzan: Very bad service, they give a hard time to everyone.
Robert Lavergne: 1200 appt, didn't start unloading until after 1330,5 pallets. Unloading was finished before 1400. Still waiting on paperwork 3 hours after the appt. Seems to be the theme of this warehouse. There is no sense in this. I understand a breakdown and count but 3 hours and counting for 5 pallets? How about y'all stop apologizing and actually fix the problem.Apologies don't make up for lost time and money sitting in the dock door.
next: Usually I came here on weekly basis for a long time. Yes sometimes is busy here and docks are full, I can understand that. But today the lady from the back corner computer told me; I can't check In any more one hour prior to my appointment starting today, she makes me wait. The place is pretty empty today and you can see people outside hanging out. I have 4 pallets only. They have some new people in the dock office, in last few weeks is getting worse by day. I do delivery to other facilities but this one is getting little out of hand...The lady at the front office desk, she is very polite, she deserves 5 stars 🌟...
Kerry Bates: 6:00 appointment, out by 8:00. Good job. Would've given a 5 star but just can't. Reason being, seriously, NO RESTROOMS ! just can't figure out how a company can charge $510.00 and can't even put out a Porta potty for the outside drivers. Other than that, overnight parking is a plus.
Brian Steinway: You would think the food service company charging the highest prices would offer the best service....not so much. Their drivers and transportation department are garbage and it doesn't matter how much you complain, nothing changes.

Joshua “Overload” Mayer: I had an appointment for 9:00 checked in at 7:30 and was put in a door immediately. That was great however I sat there until almost 1:00 p.m. waiting for paperwork for over an hour and a half.The gentleman at the window was really nice when I checked in a day too early and when I checked in the day of my appointment. Which that was my fault I misread my appointment date. Nonetheless I had a positive experience minus the wait time.

George Maverick: They sold me a used unit, a few weeks later it turned out they did not have it. I cancelled the check and did not lose that money. However, they took my trade in and never returned it or paid for it. "Shady" would be a compliment. Ken Palmer is the person I interacted with.
City Market Detroit: If you want the best customer service and above and beyond customer care this is the company. We had the pleasure of dealing with Brian Lazenby. Brian surpassed our expectations and has been our guy for years. We bought 2 new Hobart scales through him and he’s been phenomenal to deal with.
John Gile: I have owned a Hobart Slicer for over 38 years and recently purchased a new one from this company, a model HS 6. It has been the worst purchase in my 40 years in business. The salesman Tom is terrible in responding to the problems I am having. We had to go over his head to a regional supervisor to get any action. Still the problem is not resolved. I don't think a $4500 slicer should sound like it's on it's last leg, a loud bang every time you start it and product pieces flying all over. Nothing like our old machine, all the employees want to use the old one instead of the new one. Service Tech that worked on it was great and very understanding, however they said we most likely have to live with it. Last Hobart purchase I will ever make!

Jaspal Singh: Nice people. Enough space in car parking to turn around. Few cars in the parking lot. Warehouse is white roof building shown in the map not the small building close to the road. They open at 8 but start taking papers after 7:30.
Ryan Forrest: Really I'd call it 3 stars but I'm being nice. This place should not be a FCFS facility. They only have one dock and no parking. If 3 trucks show up at the same time. This place would be shutdown. You have 3 separate businesses sharing a small lot. I called yesterday at 1300 hoping to get these 11 pallets off so I could go home a day early. A true FCFS facility should have no problem with that. They said they had too many trucks on the schedule. So I got here at 0800 today & the dock had a trailer in it. Had to wait a half hour for that to get picked up. Obviously it wasn't the receivers fault. I should be out of here around 0900. So they're quick to unload. If you can get in the dock. Have a good one.

Derek Sandmire: Don’t look out for the small guy . Only about big business for them . Even the drivers brag about getting bdubs . Tried getting credit terms and besides treating me like an actual human and saying no at this time , the credit guy Jason Preston was rude and belittled me. My rep ( my old rep I guess ) mark charland was great . Be better van eerden , you never know who could be the next big one .
Charlisa Ayornu: I’ve never had any alterations with a truck driver… While waiting to exit the restaurant in Waukegan, he block the exit and refused to move. When I drove around to the other entrance he called me lazy, said he made 60K+ and didn’t care if I called the company! All the while he was talking to someone on his ear pods and acting hyper as if he’s on some kind of drug!
J Martin: Got here at 630am for 0800am appointment. Was given a door straight away 16 skids with a lumper fee and was gone in a hour half or less. Easy backing. Overnight shouldn't be a need pleanty of truck stops within 30 mins. Picture added because I love Christmas lights.. extra stars to a company for decorating.

Go north to Wealthy Street and then west to 131.....
