Denise: Today, I was attempting to schedule the vehicle for service regarding a safety recall. The scheduler Samantha became defensive and she stated that my issues are unrelated to the safety recall. She said there’s nothing she can do and she would get me to a specialist but she hung up on me. She was trying to debate and challenge on me my concerns for safety. I had to call back several times just to get another person on the phone to get directed to her supervisor Phil. Did I mention this is the scheduler? The one who schedules the service appointments. I had to laugh at my experience because I couldn’t even make an appointment due to the rude and unsatisfactory customer service from this person. After speaking to the manager Phil it was a waste of innerg which made me understand where Samantha’s service stems from. I am completely comfortable with going to another Ford Service department. I recommend calling Samantha if anyone is looking for piss poor customer service and a great debate regarding your safety. LOL

M L: Staff was nice, however I started hearing a rattling noise under the hood two hours after leaving the lot. I took it straight to a mechanic who told me it was coming from the timing chain, and it had a saved check engine code for the timing chain as well, I informed staff of this and was basically told that’s too bad because I purchased a used car as is.Update: Manager was great and they are working with me to get this problem resolved. Will update again after it’s fixed.

Dave Guyski II: What a massive letdown. My 9 months pregnant wife and I drove an hour and a half to buy a used vehicle there, everyone was very friendly in the store and I thought we were having a great experience. But after driving the vehicle home, the very next morning the check engine light comes on. The code points to one of the catalytic converters, which are not cheap to fix. Being a technician myself, I hook my scan tool up to it and find that the codes had been cleared right before we bought the vehicle (only 3 ignition cycles and 21 miles before we purchased it). The real nightmare was trying to get a hold of anyone in service. My salesman was the only person who I got anywhere with, and the one time I actually did speak with a service writer I was told the sales manager would call me. Well that never happened, so I tried calling back and leaving a voice mail with no success. 19 missed calls in total, and left 3 voice mails. After all of that, we had lost all faith in the store and instead of driving 2 vehicles the hour and a half one way to drop the new one off and then again to pick it back up, I decided I'm going to handle it myself instead of putting my pregnant wife out of a vehicle for who knows how long and making her walk to work. I could not feel more disappointed in such a big, impressive looking dealership. Do not recommend

Monicka Butzin: I was pre-appoved through by bank Capital One through their auto-navigator. I was interested in purchasing a Nissan Versa from Fox Ford. The salesman told me about 4 different down-payments none of which matched what the auto nav said. He then asked me to fill out an application so that they would have it on file for Capital One. He then without my approval, ran my credit with a completely different creditor putting another hit on my credit report. Both unauthorized and unnecessary because I was ALREADY APPROVED and I NEVER asked him to. I took my pre-approval to F&H in Elkhart, IN and bought the same car, same year, less miles, and my auto nav QUOTED down payment. Came out with cheaper monthly payments and a lower interest rate.Stay away from this place!

The engine and the transmission both needed to be replaced. I highly recommend going the extra mile and have a separate inspection done before you buy.

A Y: they treat you like King when you buy their car but when you have issue with a 2 years old truck of 70k$. They will turn to you deal with Ford and say that the issue is not theirs, the issue is with warranty. I will never buy anything from this group.

When I called to let them know, they were no help at all. Now I can't reacher a manager to get help.

Amanda Crowe_Okeefe: I got an oil change, that part was great. While I was there my emergency brake broke and started malfunctioning. I was actually the cause of that. They had me go to the waiting room after several attempts to reset it. They said they were hooking it up to do a diagnostics test. Travis (who was helping me at this point) came back and said that they needed to order a part. He said he'd call when it came in. I waited over a week and he never called. So I called there and not one person knew what I was talking about. So after me telling them who was helping me, they looked on his desk and saw my paperwork. There was no part ordered though, and nobody else knew what part it was that was needed. It turns out after waiting a week and a half for my call, Travis was now on vacation. They tried to get ahold of him but he did not get back to them. They told me they would keep trying and leave a note on his desk for when he got back. All together now it has been about three and a half weeks and not one person has called me back about my car. Not Travis, and not the other guy I talked to who left Travis the note. My car is still not fixed. I'm pretty upset and have never had worse customer service. I never had any issue when it was Keller Ford. I don't know if the same people work there since it has become LaFontaine or not. But this has been a ridiculous experience.
Virgil Hubbard: SERVICE IS GREAT - TAKE ALL YOUR VEHICLES HERE for oil changes and rotations, air filters, etc. - I take my Nissan here as well as my Bronco. Far superior to Gezon Nissan. They are an efficient, highly choreographed machine.

Sarah Cordes: Used to love going here for repairs on my vehicle, this last visit left not wanting to decide to not return. Amber was my advisor, and with poor communication being half the reason for my experience, the other part was paying to have a key programmed when my fob broke, for it to not be programmed properly TWICE. I ended up going to another Ford dealer and having to pay for it all over but it's been two weeks and haven't had any issues with the other dealer. Wish the problem would've been resolved with Borgman but Amber did not return my call to get my car back in.

I knew what I wanted, I had done my homework, and didn't want to be 1) talked down to as a woman, or 2) treated like an old person. Chris Cisler met me at the door, "How can I help you?" "I want to order a Maverick!" He didn't seem to notice that I was a 73 year old woman. We went over the process together, then built my Maverick on his computer.He explained the various options, which I already knew but learned more about when he presented them. He asked me what I wanted most, how I will use it, and of course the color. We went over the paperwork. I paid my deposit. Then I waited. And waited. (Everyone knows the complications the Pandemic caused), 17 months in all. One of the things that made me very happy with Chris was that he kept in touch regularly for months about the delays. We chatted like old friends by the time the truck was scheduled for production. Early one morning I got a call, "Look at your texts." There it was in living beautiful color in the Ziegler service area! The financial details went smoothly, no hidden fees, no confusing items on the contract. Thank You Chris, and all the dealer staff.
