Medic 1647: Very helpful. I sent an email to request a phone consultation and less then an hour later the Attorney, Mr. Beach had reached out and called me himself. I am still in the process of putting together the required documents and have not yet met Mr. Beach in person. The main reason for not giving 5 stars. As far as price goes, from looking around, Mr. Beach is rather reasonable and fair. I will surely return to write more, however, at this time, so early in the process, it would not be right. So...to be continued.

I do not appreciate being lead on and wasting my time and money for gas looking at houses. I would never recommend this company as they are not honest up front.

Would not recommend trying to work with them or selling to them.

Retired And Free: Went to their website and filled out a information list and sent it to them. Got a call within 5 minutes from them asking a bunch of questions about my house. He asked how much I wanted for it which I wouldn't say because I didn't really know what a fair price was and I knew whatever I said he would low ball. He said he would do some checking and get back with an offer and if I was interested someone would come to my house to look at it and we could talk. He never called back. Don't mess around with them unless you are desperate to sell.
