Develop With Dominic: Do decent work when they show up, or when they respond. We decided to go on an improvement plan that has such slipped in the last month again. Communication and follow up from a service standpoint is truly lacking. They do not follow instruction when given, and now don’t answer the phone as well. They use to at least answer the phone,l and ignore emails, now it is both. I would highly consider going with another company.
Brandon Whitesell: Had an odd sized forklift tire, called 5 different forklift places to find them. FoM was the quickest, and friendliest people to get back to me, it took several emails back/forth to figure out the right thing for my weird situation but they found em, got em shipped quick and installed a few days earlier than expected. I depend on my forklift for a majority of my business so it was nice to have less down time than expected. The service tech was professional and friendly as well.
Doug Freeland: Excellent sales staff! This is a great company to work with so far. I was dealing with the sales man in my area"Scott". He treated you like a friend and listened to your needs and was very honest and trustworthy. He provided solutions to our company needs in a timely manner. If any one is fed up with your current dealer or is looking for a forklift for the first time I would defiantly not hesitate to give these guys a call. Also if your a farmer on the ridge I would defiantly look in to these guys they have great pricing and lifts with a variety of useful features. I will update this review after a few months of using the lifts and services.

Tyler S: DO NOT RENT FORKLIFTS FROM THIS SUPPLIER.I Work for a company in GR that rents multiple units from this company. All but one are all broke down and have been for weeks. We are down to our last. How hard is it to make service calls and get your equipment running again?Go with a different company

They are very knowledgeable with Stainless Steel products. They are quick to get out quotes to satisfy customer requests. Ryan Neuman has been a close contact for years for Interthor and been a key link between our two companies. Chris Nienhuis has been great quoting projects for customers
Kyle: Longest lead times on repairs in the business. They don't seem to stock even basic parts for my Crown lift. Always WEEKS of waiting. Crown fixed a similar problem SAME DAY, terrible experiences with this company.
Owen Toomey: I sent them a purchase order and waited over a month for service, and was then told that they will not work on my equipment. This company is very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Randall Ames: Samantha was very helpful.
Kay Marveri: The guy driving van #927 on 2/14/20 at 2pm was a very unsafe driver. Going slow in the passing lane and not moving over to let people pass, which is illegal. Then he'd speed way up when people tried to pass on the right to block them from getting in front of him. I saw him do it to at least 3 different cars.
Shawn Krooswyk: Great service! Went to the back to pick up a jack and WOW! Their facility is world class. This coming from someone who knows from experience.

Gun Lake Rentals: I was having some trouble with my forklift and I called Andersen Material Handling and they got me the best help i could of asked for. they sent Alex down to me the next day and i will tell you what he was the best person for the job!!! he knew what i was talking about and had help me with my problem that i was having with my forklift. Alex was very handy and smart he was always thinking head of me and knew what i needed done. If you find yourself with issues you need to call these guys they are the best around and im only going to do business with them from here on out. Cory Fogg: Derick E. was incredibly helpful. He did a great job fixing our forklift. It runs like a top.
nick russ: The service department really needs to step up there customer service. Skid steer has been there over a week, keep getting told that Matt will return my call when he gets to his desk and he hasn’t called me back in 2 days. Really disappointed in there customer service. Will be calling again tomorrow morning since they can’t seem to do there job.
Shae Miller: Derick took a look at our forklift and was very prompt through the process, did a great job and relayed a wealth of information. Professional yet personibale, highly reccomend Alta for your equipment and more specifically I reccomend Derick as a mechanic!
Jason Cunningham: Eric did an amazing job detailing our new to us Tennant scrubber. With the exception of the hour meter, it looks new.
Dan Matthews: Derick is our lift truck mechanic and does a great job getting our equipment taken care of. I would recommend alta for all your equipment.
Bill Johnson: John Desotelle is my go to service person and he does great service for us. ALTA is definitely my pick for our lift truck service!

Mark Eldred: Our Hilo mechanic Mitch Merrill does an amazing job keeping our Hilo's in top shape. He is very thorough and knowledgeable.
Ron Siple: Our Hilo mechanic Mark Dykstra does an amazing job at keeping our trucks, scrubbers and lift equipment running through lots of abuse!
Ken Bailey: Alta Equipment is a very good company to work with. I have had the opportunity to work with them from the maintenance manager side for our company, very responsive, reliable and they have great service manager in Bill Lundy. Now I'm working with Bill on the safety side for our company. All around good company to do business with.
Justin Kamps: Great and Knowledgeable service team always there to help with excellent priced parts. They sell top notched dependable machines and back up the product with great customer service
Mark McGarry: I have worked with Alta for many years now. I have never had an issue that was not resolved. Bill Lundy and the maintenance staff are great. I especially like the hands on when needed from sales staff.
Bob Mahan: One stop for all your material handling needs. They also have man up equipment.
Eric Smith: I've gotten parts and service from these guys and they are EXCELLENT. The parts guys are very knowledgeable, were willing to help, and even talked me through some troubleshooting and repairs I did on my own.
