A Roberts: Will not take another load from them again.Lied about the commodity and number of pieces.Was told I could load ASAP (tried for a 9am loading) but was told by the shipper it was an afternoon appointment. They managed to get the appointment changed almost an hour later.First stop delivered same day and went great.Couldn't deliver my second stop until 10am the next day.Not enough money for the hastle and amount of time needlessly wasted.

Brokers never reply to your email, if you call they keep telling you we are working on it. I don’t recommend working for this company.

Benjamin Grulke: I work here so I speak from experience. Fantastic place to work as far as trucking goes. What I mean by that is there will always be good days, and there WILL be bad days, but you could not experience them in a better work environment. A Christian group of men and women who will treat you like your family. Great up keep on road equipment by in house mechanic$. Payroll has never missed a pay check each week. Dispatch will treat you with respect, and that makes doing the occasional broker load, or short run tolerable. I'll close with saying, whatever your reason for reading this review, you will benefit by using them to haul your freight, working for them in whatever capacity...you won't regret your decision. Mike and Jan Biferno: Jeff at Pak Mail did an outstanding job shipping a collection of household items for us to the West Coast. He was able to consolidate dozens of odd shaped items into fewer manageable packages at a more affordable price. Best shipping experience I've ever had.
Brent Smith: Jeff at this Pak Mail location created a fantastic crate for a large framed picture I had that will be shipped on a semi across the country. It’s built solid, he used high quality wood and he had it done quickly. Jeff was knowledgeable and fast to respond to my several inquiries. Highly recommend

Justin Kyllo: 2-star - The friendliness of the staff was excellent, as was the process. Where they fell short was the service provided. I wanted an envelope 2-day shipped to a PO Box. The service suggested, by them, was FedEx. After a two (2) week process, the package was finally delivered (FedEx apparently can't deliver to PO Boxes). I understand things happen, but if you are going to provide a third-party shipping service, the personnel and/or software should understand the rules for picking what service.Original Update: The owner called, apologized, and offered a refund; I appreciated the sentiment and explicit ownership of the mistake. 4-star for the shipping oversight.
Andrew Rosenberg: Don't go here if you want to send a fax. In fact, don't use any PakMail location if you need to send faxes. I went to the Plainfield location a week ago to send a fax and assumed it went well. Turns out the recipient never received it. I went there again today to send it but now their machine is broken. "Oh well, things happen I guess" I thought. They kindly recommended I go to the Knapps Corner location (this one) to try to resend it there.I tell them what happened when I arrive their and they tell me that they are related in name only and therefore can't honor any warranties on service from the other location. I must add they were extremely rude about this and really made me feel like a bad person for even asking.Of course, I end up having to pay full price to send the fax anyway, all the while being made to feel like an ingrate for even asking that they resend it for free.Worst part:Cost per page of fax is $1 (ONE DOLLAR). That's crazy expensive for a service that costs them cents per page.Don't go to Pakmail if you can at all avoid it.Fedex and UPS locations offer much lower cost faxes (often $0.10 per page) and they're actually nice about it too.

Laser: I come here because the 3 mile rd post office, like most post offices is full of inept people who give terrible customer service.I am not sure but I think these two girls that work here at this Pakmail studied at the same school of customer service as the postal workers. They have a terrible attitude and act like you are a big inconvenience to them because you force them to get off their rears and stop their computer and cell phone surfing.
Sara Kadwell: This is a great place to ship out USPS, FedEx, UPS and even DHL packages. They have a mail drop right inside and daily pick ups. Lots of supplies and a fax and copy machine. Very helpful staff!

NOT ONLY but when we tried to change lanes and realized it was not a smart choice you thought that was funny and decided to brake check us with no one infront of you and no regards as to who was in the vehicle with me. you're a miserable person with no respect to your company and no respect to the drivers around you. disgusting and what a shame to the company for hiring truck drivers with i tense road rage for absolutely no reason. TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS OR GET THEM OFF THE ROADS

As for whom ever you are SG, you stated you have only been driving otr for 3 months or driving for 3 months. Are you a super trucker that knows everything? I still have a lot to learn about driving and so do you. They do not just put you in a truck and send you on your merry way. There is additional training. Fred Farmer IV: Just a couple weeks from my one year and about 120thousand miles in my kenworth that I’ve been driving for sweet express I figured it was time for my review. As a curly headed Carolina boy from the south and a draw yall know we call it how it is and it really is smooth sailing here at sweet (Just do your job). Was OTR with James Whitcomb as my DM and that guy jumped through hoops to get me home to my family when I wanted and what you would call “Miles” I call it food on the table, the lights on, and cash in my pocket. Not a thing in this world I wouldn’t do for that guy if he called. Just switched to regional with Belmin he’s that dude too super chill and easy going. Jeanine and tad in safety always working double time for me to get me hours back cause I run 70 out in 5 days lol, So huge thanks to them as well. I still owe Jeanine like 100 snicker bars by the way. As just a normal guy I’ve ran through jobs throughout the years and seen and done a lot been around the block and circled twice for good measure believe me when I say RESPECT THESE PEOPLE cause it’s not everyday where you get a career with people who do care for you and take care of you and listen and help you make money when they see you want it! Tom Steketee: I have been with Sweet express for a little over a year. In that year I was honestly a little worried because of previous experiences at other companies. I have found a very comfortable family environment at the office, everyone is so nice!the trucks here are well maintained. If i need anything on my truck I call my DM and they will make sure my truck is taken care of asap.Safety is important to this company. They never ask you to drive over your hours, and plan loads very well with the time you have available on your clock. If you want to drive they will keep you going! I average 3000 miles per week, some weeks are less some are more depending on hours, or things like maintenence, or repairs but they pay for breakdown and layovers so it doesnt doesn't hurt too much in the paycheck.If I ask for hometime the answer is always "no problem, when do you want to go home" just have to be reasonable... They'll work with you in an emergency.I can talk all day about the good things Ive experienced here, I dont have any negative things to say. Im sure other people have other experiences here but this has been my experience so far. I plan on retiring here and maybe staying after retiring if theyll let me lolOverall Im very happy to work for Sweet Express

Kristin Burton: I loved working at SameDay Delivery. The owners, the management team, the office staff, and drivers. The owners are first class when it comes to making sure the work environment is top notch. Best vehicles, pleasant bright, comfortable work spaces, and provide SameDay Swag at no cost to the drivers. Management works hard to make sure people are respected They demand their people to show respect to one another, whether it is the way people talk and address each other, clicks, gossip, racial, gender etc, all people are to be respected, and anything less will not be tolerated. But they also give a lot of second chances "when it comes to other things", and sometimes they get burned, but other times it turns out for the good, but they don't harden their hearts to the next person. SameDay has a wonderful team attitude, and the management and owners do a lot of incentive, and employee encouragement and appreciation things throughout the year. Every work place has it's challenges, you will never make everyone happy, and you can never satisfy everyone's ideal of what appreciation or fairness looks like, but I know that Sameday is intentional about sending those messages to their people. I worked in the HR department, and so I was close to it all, and know the conversations that management has not only about business, profit, accidents, hiring and bottlenecks, but also about how they can love their employees better, and that is the language they use believe it or not. I'd go back.

Vince Murray: Absolute trash organization so far. Poor communication about delivery. Driver dropped 3/4 ton tile shipment basically on the road - "best I can do" he says. And half of the contents were completely broken upon unwrap. So not only did I get to move 1500 lbs by myself, a lot of it was in shards. Fun. Of course, customer service is taking no responsibility whatsoever. I can "file a claim" but I think we know how that will go...I don't know what their tag line is but it might as well be "We got it this far, it's your problem now".

mohammed Alzaher: Unfortunately, I poked an appointment withU-Pack to move my furnitures from my last day in my old apartment but they didn’t show up at the agreed time. I called to check with them but they say sorry we can’t come and pack your furnitures today, but we can reschedule it tomorrow. I had to go rent a truck and start moving my stuff by myself in a rainy day.
Sales Admin: Pickup hours are not advertised anywhere, but staff inside says no pickups between 12:00 noon and 4PM. Staff was unwilling to even entertain helping me arrange a pickup, and just told me she "spoke with someone about it and they knew the rules." I am now forced to sit here in their parking lot for the next 4 hours waiting to pick up this shipment. I don't need a fork lift, don't need any help loading, and am willing to do whatever it takes. Unfortunately the staff inside cant be bothered. I would recommend shipping using another carrier at all costs.Photo below is me sitting in the parking lot... going to be here FOUR hours waiting. #great
