Jonathon Werner: Nice building, but a lot of rookie technicians pass thru here. I mean never stuck patients before, rookies. Nurses are ok, but it's a lottery as to who pokes you. Shame since it's the nicest clinic in Grand Rapids. Its getting worse daily.

Debbie Raymond: It is now owned by Fresenius. It is an in center hemo dialysis unit. Has 16 chairs, 3 shifts M, W, F and to shifts T, T and Saturday. They are closed on Sundays.

Brenton Holbrook: My Uncle was sent here for his dialysis. My family wheeled my Uncle into the facility and was told to put him in the chair. The chair they pointed to wasn't cleaned properly and had bloody gauzes left in it, and we had to ask for it to be cleaned properly. The staff are unprofessional and disrespectful. Two of the staff members claimed "back problems" and couldn't assist anyone into and out of their wheelchairs. This includes an older lady who maybe weighed 100 pounds soaking wet. They once hooked my Uncle up backwards to the machine which can damage the line that they have installed in his arm for the treatments. There was an older man who had to use the restroom during his treatment. Steve the charge nurse argued with him for nearly 20 minutes. The older man literally had to beg to use the bathroom. They won't escort their patients out the door to ensure they get there safely. One day when this happened, a lady passed out and fell onto the scale you are supposed to weigh in and out on. She laid there waiting for medical attention, unconscious, as people weighed in and out AROUND her. The staff hardly didn't do anything to help her. Another time, one of the patient's bandages came off and the patient bled onto the floor. My Uncle was the last patient of the day, and needed to leave by passing over that pool of blood. The male nurse there, named Steve, the one who claimed "back problems" said to "leave it for the night cleaning crew." When the other staff member who was disconnecting my uncle from the machine said to clean it up, he sighed heavily and went to clean it up by THROWING PAPER TOWEL OVER IT! This VIOLATES state medical standards. And finally, an older lady came in and she was asked how she was going to get into her chair, since the staff "has back problems." This all happens ON THE WEEKENDS when Steve is the charge nurse. He doesn't do ANYTHING to help his staff and just sits there barely doing anything worthwhile to collect a paycheck. STEVE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
