Jennifer Dean: Had a quote lined up through email, everything looked good, needed to schedule for a final evaluation before scheduling an appointment for getting the job done. Never heard from Wayne ever, after that. Some how supposedly I ended up in "Spam" but yet he still responded to the same chain of emails and then just stopped responding after that. Kind of seems childish to me, should be able to let a potential customer if you're going to do the job or not. Doesn't matter the reason, a simple response would of been nice. I will never recommend them and I will make sure I let people know not to waste their time contacting them for a job! Horrible way to do business.

Bill Barnes: Updated with photos. Finishing the inside, I just noticed gray paint all over the inside of the door. At least it matches the gray paint that was all over the window. Despite putting on a new deck the first thing I see is the big tear in the middle of the floor. NO JOY. Despite finishing the interior, every time I look out my window I see paint all over the screen, NO JOY! This company does not have enough help to install or warranty a shed right now. DO NOT USE THEM. My installers were double booked so they just had time to lay my material in my backyard and come back a week later after everything got rained on. There are several outstanding issues with the shed that have not been resolved a month later. I have taken an additional 2 days off of work waiting for workers who do not show. I have given up hope of having a properly installed shed, IF THEY CANNOT INSTALL IT, THEY CAN NOT WARRANTY IT.

Robbin McCain: We took a typical back yard, and made it a party paradise. 16x16 composite deck with aluminum railings decked out with a continuous drink rail with stairs to a custom stamped and stained concrete patio. We highly recommend and will look to LOYL for any future needs. If future construction is needed for our home, we will be looking to LOYL.
