When the service person got here he thought we needed a new door. I told him that it would be nice if he could find away to just fix it and save us money, but I'd agree with whatever he thought was best, then I left him to his work. Nicole Swart: The best of the best! I have called Scott several times over the years for broken springs, bent panels, etc. He is prompt, honest, and easy to talk to. Most recently, he provided me with a few fix options when the kids bent a couple panels accidently. We knew going into it the options *may* not work and I may need a new door, but we were willing to try. To my surprise, the lowest cost option worked - saving me thousands from having to buy a new door.Always appreciative of a businessperson with integrity.

Scott and his son came out on Friday, removed the old and broken springs, and installed a new assembly to get my door working again. If you have the time, please shop around elsewhere.
Robert Langen: Joe our technician was great. He diagnosed the problem, which was a blown fuse in the unit quickly and efficiently. Now, instead of having to buy a brand new door opener, a simple fuse switch will solve the problem. Performed an excellent tuneup on the garage door and made recommendations without being pushy or aggressive. He represents a very honorable company whose word you can trust. I would always use them for my garage door needs.

Keith Curry: Just had an amazing experience with Bouma Bros. I have never need garage repair services before and our garage door cables came off the spools and tangled. Our door was stuck at 3/4 of the way open on a Sunday.I filled out a request form online and got a call back first thing in the AM on Monday. Repairman came that day fixed the issue in about 30 minutes and it all cost less than what some other companies charge for the fee just to see what is wrong.If I need repairs in the future or look for a new door I'll definitely use Bouma Bros again.

Hannah Arnson: Fixed my parents garage door today, but the technician was incredibly rude to my dad/yelling at him for the first 15 minutes he was there because he couldn’t find their house (the addresses aren’t in order on their street, but a GPS will get you right to the house and their address is clearly posted on a tree at the end of their driveway, not my dads fault the tech doesn’t know how to use a GPS). Technician also claimed he tried calling, but my parents have no record of a phone call or voicemail. Don’t be rude to your clients !

amy brehm: Don’t take this the wrong way, their service is great. The low rating is for the 3% credit card surcharge. Hmmmm, they didn’t offer a 3% discount for using cash. Anyway as a business owner who takes in a lot of money on credit card Transactions I feel it would be a detriment to the customer experience if we chose to charge a credit card surcharge fee. It’s actually illegal in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Oklahoma, and Texas.
