I called them in Friday, which was day 10, when I got home from work. I expected the dumpster to be gone, not knowing you have to call when you're done, even on the 10th day. It was a 3 day weekend so I was worried about being charged for an extra 3 days. I called on Tuesday when they opened and explained the situation. The girls in the office have absolutely no clue how to handle business or what is going on how to stop start business how to suggest picking up the bins horrible customer service horrible this is been a nightmare!!!!
