Michael Liao: Very good hotel, I like the environment, I am Amway IBO from Taiwan, one of the famous products from Amway is the water filter, if possible to provide the free good quality drinking water in the hotel room, it could provide better experience in hotel staying.

Christopher Dean: Two stars lost to the front desk check in experience. I have stayed here over the years maybe a dozen times.The issue at the desk was an anomaly to the usual experience that I have. Staff member not knowledgeable in policy, who then printed the policy and did not read it completely. She insisted on the wrong information until I pointed out the correct information on the page she printed out.The rest of my visit was perfect as normal.

Crabby J: Alot of money for ripped towels and a dirty bathroom floor.Room was pretty small for the price, although discounted.I can't believe they'd want what the regular price is for the room.The concierge was nice, front desk pleasant. Waitstaff for reception could have been friendlier.Hotel was beautiful.You pay a huge price for a room, then you have to pay for parking?Ridiculous!I wouldn't stay there again.

L W: We had a wonderful two days being within walking distance to so many places. There are many restaurants to eat at without leaving the hotel, parking in the garage was easy, and being connected to the SkyWalk was helpful as well!The room was spacious and clean. Our main issue was the mattress and pillows. The mattresses are extremely firm and uncomfortable, and unfortunately the pillows are the same.
